If you call on the phone... you may get someone... but no resullts of follow up
Sam's Club customer service is kind-of difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. They are typically overwhelmed with in-person customers at the store. Typically if the hold time is more than 3 minutes, I call back later and get right through without much issue.
I waited on the phone for over an hour when I told the woman what I wanted she hung up on me.
Like anywhere else, they only answer programmed questions
I have had great experience with Sam's customer service.
