Starting to think they are 4 weeks and counting just to get a technician to diagnose the issue with my dishwasher!

Definitely a scam company. And they need to teach their call center people how to enunciate. I can only understand about every 5th word on the phone.

I don't want to claim it a fraud but 5 claims no repair work done by them I paid for all and I've gotten 15 calls or email to resubscribe. Make your own conclusion.

Scam. Do not trust. They lie and will NOT cover your items.

They are a horrible company do not go with them please! They will not fix anything! Our AC went out and wouldn't fix it and it was on the list of things that they do fix and sure enough they had some excuse telling me that they can't fix it and it was the AC condenser outside unit and yes it says right in the contract they do fix that type of thing!

Legit company it is not a scam however their reimbursement are low

Definitely a SCAM. Don't waste your money. Every one of your items is deprecated so fast that you will never get them to cover the repair let alone replacement

If they are not a "scam" company, they are doing the greatest impression of all time. Scam companies use SelectHome as their business model.

Total scam. They even have other warranty companies out of the same address (just different names)

It is a SCAM. A total FRAUD organization. We had them for several months and we filed 5 claims in that period of time and none of them was repaired. Every time we paid contractors $65 which we lost those as well. Every one of the claims were paid by us at the end. Now, read this carefully. Use your common sense. We filed complaints with BBB, Attorney General office in California state as well.

Select Home Warranty is a legit Company. Been in business for a long time.

SHW is legit. The company has a Philippine call desk and uses US companies to perform the repairs.

I just signed a 1 year coverage with them. They are #2 in the top 10 warranty compnays for homes. They gave me a great price for a year. Also a discount for my husband being a vet. They seem legit from all the reviews I've read.
