I have not received my purchase from Boom Street and despite me constantly emailing them they refuse to communicate with me. How to I get my money back

Contact your credit card or Paypal (whichever you used) to dispute the charge.

Same thing happened to me, I never got my money back. I would recommend not purchasing from Boomstreet.

When they did answer me, they just kept saying sorry you are not happy but would not rectify the situation. I regret you are having trouble too. My best advice is stay away next time!

Did you pay with PayPal? I hope so because they are reputable and will help you. I'm also having trouble with BoomStreet and plan go to PayPal if I don't get resolution soon. My PayPal receipt has a link on it to get help.
