How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Signs.com?

You can usually reach somebody via the chat messenger, but it isn't the most useful in terms of the quality of the customer service rep on the other end.

Extremely easy. I emailed them and received a response within a couple of hours.

Very easy during their published business hours. I called and the phone was answered within a few minutes.

Customer service is very easy to reach - just call the number on the site. I worked with a woman there in the Utah location - very professional and personable.
