Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!

Easy but they are not able to assist you. ALL SALES FINAL mentality. Very disappointed.
I emailed their support team when my tracking hadn't updated and they got back with me the same day. There was a delay in my order due to an invalid shipping label but once I emailed them and notified them of the problem they got it shipped right out. They also emailed me with updated tracking and have responded to all my emails. I feel like their customer service has been great.
Almost impossible! There does not seem to be a number to call them, you can email them and hope that they respond..
There is not a phone number on their website, which had I noticed that, I would not have ordered. I emailed them through their website and did get an answer. I also paid via PayPal and there was a phone number for the company listed on my transaction history. I also called them and got an live person but it was an answering service. That was a bit shady.
