Very very tough to contact customer care or any one and I also sent an email to them but no response
They beat around the bush and ask you to call later. If you insist for their response, they just put you on hold.
Later when you call again, they will know it is you, they pick your call and just not respond. We can hear them chit chatting on the other side, but they wont talk to you. This has happened many times for me since february 2021.
