A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.

It is legit but I would never buy from them again. Terrible shipping, terrible customer service, and dishonest pricing!

Shipping is terrible. My products that said "shipped within 24 hours" have not shipped yet and it has been 8 days since I ordered. Trying to get customer service to respond is a nightmare also. I got one response but it was a very generic we are working on it response.

Legit but given the extremely long delivery delays and customer service that ignores every request and complaint you file, it may as well be a scam.

It is legit i have purchased and my product arrived sooner than expected i have purchased again today i do trust this site because of my personal experience although they also offer an option for shipping protection it is 2 dollars or even less i have done that and will continue to do. Again lets remember there is a pandemic and alot of sites and companies may have delayed shipping i dont think it would be a singular situation if that happen to stylevana and it has not to me also a lot of influencers on you tube recomend stylevana they have great discounts also if your a student you get discounts too which to me was even better!

My order have been stuck in Hong Kong for 20 days now. I understand that there might be some delays due to COVID and Christmas but 20 days for a parcel not to move when my previous order arrived perfectly in time. It's seriously annoying to have to have an issue with them for them to send our stuffs properly or either you're part of the PR influencer and get your stuffs fast or if you're a random customer like I am, you have the time to die before you'll get your parcel or even an answer from their customer's service wether it's by email or instagram. They be sending the same damn automatic message to everyone literally discharging themselves for their own mistakes. I don't think I will ever repurchase back from Stylevana even though the prices are very affordable but I'd rather pay more on website's like Yesstyle or IBBI and know I'll get my parcel without any issues.

It is definitely a legitimate company! And a great one at that. You can download the app as well.
