I ordered an item on 5, Feb, 2020 and never received it as of 26, March, 2020 and my credit card was charged.
I emailed the company many times with no response, and then I was forced to open a PayPal claim against them.
I should have researched the companies reputation prior to ordering.

Impossible. I emailed them several times with no response.
Impossible. Address on their website is a WeWork location in Hong Kong, no phone number posted, and no response to e-mails directed to their company website, or requests for a refund.
There is no customer service. It's a total fraud. The only correspondence you get is should confirm that your order was received but you never get any updates and they never send your product. There is no response when you try to reach them
