on 4/22/20I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
I had heard of the company and overall, it had mostly good reviews.
I chose them because of their YRS in business and high reviews... what a HUGE MISTAKE! WORST arrangement ever... will NEVER do business with them again! They entirely authorized a COMPLETELY different ugly, cheap arrangement that had not ONE single thing in it or about it that was originally ordered... even though I REJECTED a florist "choice" arrangement. Thieves! Crappy company runied my 82 yr old mothers mother's day... I couldn't be there and she was sent "garbage" for flowers! Pathetic! Go ANYWHERE else to order!
I chose it over the other options listed on Rakuten as I was interested in cash back. Now I shall notify Rakuten & try to get them removed from their site.
I liked the website and they had a special offer of $15.00 off your order.
I chose them for a recognizable name.
