It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.

SCAM! No physical address or local phone number though they claim to be located in whatever small town you may need to get flowers to quick that FTD may not be able to get to the next day. In our case these were for a funeral... how sad.

Scam! Not only did they not deliver my flowers to the funeral but then they couldn't refund my money right away. I'm still waiting!

They are an absolute Scam company. I think that's pretty evident by all the reviews of a 1 wishing the scale would allow a negative!

This company is a scam! Do not order from them. Your flowers will never be delivered, and you will never receive a refund.

Total Scam! They are third party and will have a really cheap arrangement sent in place of what you wanted. They say it is their "substitution policy". They will not talk to you over the phone. And when you email them they just offer a discount. I called the actual company that delivered the flowers and they I ordered and what is on my receipt is not what the florist received. They we're told florist choice. For half the cost of what I paid. And I paid more for shipping!
