on 11/1/19It is impossible! Emails, messages, non responsive customer service!
But they have no problem taking $ you did not authorize them to take!
V hard indeed; they make it deliberately hard by keep forwarding you down blind alleys where you are given a contact number to a 3rd party that doesn't work!
Never. It's mostly automated and they don't interact with you, at all, but by email, which can take up to 4 days.
Sometimes you can get a hold of them via chat. And when you do they are rude. Their customer service is horrible. I recommend any other delivery service. Even with coupons it's not worth the hassle.
Spoke on live chat and received same incoherent response many times also by email several times - it is like noone knows what the other person is doing
There is no customer service. No number
They hide behind an app
Very difficult. I tried calling them several times.
Uber Eats has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, it is very hard to get in contact with a person and if you do they blame you refuse to help and then hang up. I have never been treated so rudely by a company in my little fe.
It's somewhat easy to get a hold of support but impossible to actually receive support. It seems every agent is regurgitating form answers from a script rather than addressing customer issues.
Impossible and even more impossible if you do get an answer to get them to understand simple English.
What customer service? They don't have any! But they love $$$$
The chatbot in the app is absolutely useless. Instead of helping with an order the app placed OF ITS OWN ACCORD, that the app wouldn't let me cancel WITHIN A MINUTE of the glitch, the bot kept spewing the same questions over and over -- and then it noticed that the word "cancel" occurred in a response and said OK, the order is cancelled, but you still have to pay! Then it went back to asking the same questions. It will not connect you to an actual person.
I got a rep on the phone after being on hold a longtime, and he was useless, too. Supposedly a supervisor will call within 48 hours. How about you just issue a refund when it's your app that doesn't function properly?!?!?
Not easy. They try and automate everything. It rakes alot of button pushes
