on 4/3/21Absolutely not! The system is automated if you can meet your need via that system you will be good to go. If you need to speak to a human it could takes hours and days. I've been calling for 4 days. Every hour 2 - 20 calls an hour. I receive the message they have a high call volume, they tell me to try again later and then they disconnect they call. Their practices are abusive.
If you don't have a life, or stranded on a desert island and have nothing else to do then maybe you might have enough time
The word you're looking for is "impossible." They use a recording that says "We're getting a lot of calls, try later."
Wait on hold for hours to be transferred to someone else and wait on hold for a few more hours until fed up or phone dies
Virtually impossible to reach a customer service representative
A pain in the $#*!. They should be banned from doing business but instead the stupid Feds endorse these incompetent schmuck and reel in unsuspecting elderly and disabled.
Absolutely Horrid! Theft of SSI and SSDI is a federal crime under 18 U.S. C. 641. Moved my deposits to a bank acct.
Not easy at all then when you finally get someone you get transferred!
Took 3 times and 3 hours to reach them and then they tell you fraud is working on it but can't send you to anyone in fraud or give you a phone number
Impossible and wait time is ridiculous. Contacting counsel
