They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one

This company exists, but it's actually a scam - they take your money, don't communicate, and don't repair your watch. They give internet companies a bad name.

I've used this company twice and they didn't scam me. They repaired my watches when no one else would.

Watch Repairs USA has been in business for 13 years. We provide customers with complimentary prepaid shipping labels and free detailed estimates. If the customer decides not to have the repairs completed, we ask that the customer pay for the return shipping or provide us with a prepaid UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping label.
