How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Zolucky.com?

You will receive a copy/paste email that they do not return anything to China. They may offer you a 15% refund but that is likely a lie as well. This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!

They respond within 24 hours but with the identical same message

While i reside in Idaho, USA, they insisted for one month that I resided in France. They have trouble with English, are uncoordinated and unsupervised. Product, when it arrived, was as advertised. It did take over a month of emails from me and my notification to a website for complaints. This got their attention.

Emailing them is easy, they'll reply to you but will not help you if your order is not received. For months they'll thank you for your patience and ask that you give them 'a little more time please'. Good luck getting a refund. For more detailed information please see my review under L. A.
