Are there addtional charges on items ordered from Canada. There never was before, quite upsetting? Stops me ordering.

Can Canadians return items back to Zulily?
What happens if something ordered is not correct on the website, it says leather shoes and fabric shoes are delivered instead.
If you order your normal size and it is to small and it says no returns can you not exchange it for a larger size
