Has anyone had any dealings with IVRose? I stupidly made a large order as their goods looked lovely on the website. Took a while to come and address on package shows sender as 71 Town Lane, Middlesex TW19 7PS. Items are terrible! Cheap and nasty, don't fit properly and one item had a small hole. They are really difficult to contact, then offered me a discount and did not want to refund. When I insisted, they said I have to return to China! Obviously at my own cost. They will not accept them in Middlesex. Surely they are not allowed to do this? This is not stated anywhere on their website, I didn't know they were a Chinese company. I have taken it up with Barclaycard, but it doesn't sound promising because they are saying that I can actually return the goods.

How did it go? We're you able to get a refund? File a charge back with the credit card company if you haven't. What is the cost to return to China.

Thank you for your reply... I have spoken to Barclaycard and they have asked me to put in writing which I have.
The problem seems to lie in the fact that the company are not actually refusing to refund, although even if I do return I'm not 100% sure that I will get my refund!
HI there thank you for your reply. I have spoken to Barclyacard and they have asked for my complaint in writing so have done so and awaiting their reply.
The postage to china will be minimum £30 as is quite a heavy package.
They are talking to me only on FB messenger and they just keep putting standard auto reply saying sorryYou can return the item to us for a full refund if you don’t like it. Please note that the customer has to pay the return shipping fee.
1.The amount of the declaration on the return package should be less than $10, otherwise, we will not bear any customs.
2.The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged.
