I purchased Oribe liters of shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo arrived busted/broken and lots of product was spilled in the box. I wrote the company and it took an unacceptable amount of time and wanted the product back after a whole week. Well… I transferred the remaining product in my old liter bottle and had to use it since I was nearly out when I placed the order. The order came in 10 days but BUSTED. I paid $250 for the Oribe liters and I will never buy from them again. I will support brick and mortar and pick up the product and alleviate with whole hassle.

I ordered a watch from a shop on 11 Main called Area Trend. I found out later that they are a website that small shop owners sell their merchandise, The item arrived in a great box and ahead of when I needed it. I would definitely try other shops on their site.

I started an order, I did not submit it, they processed it anyway and sent it to an old address, I contacted them
Immediately once I received notice and they will not take responsibility and stop the order, I will not ever order from them again and say to consumers BEWARE!

I ordered a coat and it was a shirt. I was charged $65 and then saw the same thing for $25 elsewhere

I requested an invitation to sell on their site and was accepted. The customer support called to let me know and have been easy to reach and fast to respond. The listings have to be submitted for approval before they go live so the review process has been the biggest obstacle so far. I have 14 items listed (it took a little push on my part to get them live) and I presently have 9 in review for 19 days. I like the lower selling fees and 20 picture option to show my items but haven'tr had a sale in over a month. I know they are new and having growing pains so hopefully they can be staffed to expedite the listing process which is a bottle neck right now. Will post an update when something sells so I can rate the transaction from the selling side.
