The wigs were brown and synthetic. I ordered red human hair units. The company does not issue full refund (only 30%) BEWARE!

I did not receive anything near the 3 types of wigs that I ordered. They just sent me what they wanted me to have which was not what I paid for. They are scamming people big time. I ordered 3 black short human hair wigs and I got 2 black long wigs and a long brown wig. My friend and I ordered on the same day and her was botched as well, nothing near or close to what we originally ordered or paid for. This is truly a scam.

My first time ever ordering a wig and the 3 that I ordered did not come. They sent me three of the same wigs. Also they are not human hair. They have not replied to my email yet but I will have my bank reversed the charge for being scammed by them. I sent pictures showing them my receipt of what I order. I also informed them that, if they do not send me my correct order I will have my money returned from them for fraudulent payment.

I ordered 3 short wigs and supposed to receive the fourth one free. It took about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and upon delivery I received for long wigs and one was red. I am in the process of trying to get my refund and they're telling me that i can wear the wigs to a festival or another occasion. This company is not reputable. Im having a problem getting the return address and my refund.

I ordered 4 wigs. 2021 wigs advertised buy 2, get 1 free and I ordered an additional wig. The wigs were beautiful on the website, but they did NOT send what was advertised! They sent 2 hideous wigs that I did not order. They will NOT pay for the return postage and they requested to give me a 10% refund to keep this junk! I think that I have been scammed.
Don't be fooled as I have been and I will never order from 2021 Wigs again!

I ordered a wig on 02/26/2021 recieved one email claiming to notify once the item has been shipped.
No response sent three emails inquiring about wig shipment, refund requested through paypal.

I ordered 4 wigs 3/15/21 got them 4/14/21... they sent me some garbage that they wanted me to have. 3 straight and 1 curly. None of them are what I paid for! Do not buy from them i wish i would of seen these reviews 30 days ago!

So I bought two wigs and the third was supposed to be free per there advertisement. It took a month for shipping, they sent me the wrong 2 wigs, and didn't even send the third... they told me to send it back then I'll get my refund but if it gets lost while on the way back I wouldn't get anything so they offered me a partial refund. And I got to keep the two bull $#*! wigs they sent me. Not a good company at all

They are a fake company, no working phone number or email or NY address. Buyers beware. They steal people profiles and videos and use.it on their website. All reviews on their website is fake. Report them

I ordered 2 wigs with the buy 2 get one 1 free. They sent me 3 totally different wigs from what i requested. They never returned my email about the situation. I had to reach out to pay pal. Then and only then they offered a partial refund... They wigs were poorly made and synthetic. I do no recommend them.

Do not order from this company, they don't have confirmation emails, never get receipts, absolutely never getting your products. Never have tracking details. I just want a refund at this point. Complete ripoff.
Update, the wigs came today. They look like plastic synthetic shiney doll hair. Not at all what I paid for. The sender was "Joe Doe". They got me! Never again and I hope ppl will take this review seriously, do not order from this company. Complete garbage and that's where the wigs are going.

Ordered never received after they took my money they said thw item was out of stock even though its still available for anyone to buy. You can't contact anyone or get your money back just thieves

Don't shop with this come they are a scam they got my money on 03/15/2021 And I still have not received none of my merchandise so I was scammed out of money no one don't shot with this company never got $#*! at all

I had looked up this site and saw people saying they scammed them and sent them wigs that look nothing like the pictures so i asked them to cancel my order before it shipped and they actually gave me a full refund but they tried to say they would give me 10% and or 5% of my money back but i made them give me all my money thank god because i spent 63 dollars

Dont buy fake products sent out and false reviews. Ordered three wigs and was sent three of the wrong wigs with no possibility of return

I have been waiting nearly a month. No response to email and this company is a bunch of BS! Just took my money MF!

I ordered a 16" bodywave lace front wig that was $21.68 and it took 30 days to arrive and when it did it was nothing as it was listed I got a straight 8" bang full wig I'm so upset

I placed an order in early Feb and got my order in mid-March. I get with Covid mail is slow but that's not the issue. The wigs are NOT human hair. They are SYNETHICS and you can see through the wefts because they are thin and shed like crazy. They also sent the wrong style and colors. I ordered 613, honey blonde and red and they sent three black plastic wigs.

Instead sent whatever junk they had in stock. Avoid this scam website like the plague. They use the money and float it while you get stuck in a dispute with Paypal or your credit card.

I have never seen anything like this from. The time I been buying on line this is worst service I have ever received I purchased 2wig and get I I ordered black wigs and I was sent 3 red wig it of no use to me it shame how you people get away with scam shame on you

I wish I read these reviews before placing an order. Anything that sounds too good to be real is most likely not real. That is what these people. Don't let the cheap prices fool you. Beware!

Not human hair. Terrible fake scalp synthetics peices of garbage. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! DON'T ORDER! Worst company!

Did NOT get what I ordered at all. Not lace front. Not even the colors or style I ordered at all! Completely ripped off. Paid expedited shipping still waited for weeks! Don't do it!
