I have a few Clients using their services, My clients have needed critical changes in their web portal platform, but AbacusNext like a comatose patient, is unresponsive. I took 28 days to get a failing primary business email account, under their control, reset, so the client could get their emails. Additionally they are compartmentalized, so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, perhaps by design! Very frustrating experience and unprofessional service.

Tip for consumers:
Find a different service provider, they are focused on getting long term non-refundable contracts. Very expensive for the services, represented but not provided, or provided after months of effort to get the update or change implemented.
The company and product is slow and outdated. They also charge a small fortune and will put you out of business very quickly. Tech support is horrendous and it take literally an hour to get a call back from someone who 90% of the time cannot fix your issue. Their own people constantly ell you how bad the product is and working at the company is while they are trying to fix issues.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Agree with the other reviewers. I can categorically say that their business practices are not ethical. They will not inform you about a price increase. To make it worse, no one is ready to take responsibilities and make some changes about this issue. Customer service is not reliable at all.
These people follow unethical business practices as they increase the costs without informing the customers. When you try to complain to the customer care department, they come up with excuses and keep asking you to call them back later.
Their services are not worth all the money that you have to spend. We had issues which needed to be fixed for our operations to run smoothly but they did not seem to care about that.
