In 2020, we paid 1.5 lakh to Mr RAJIVE GOGNA for Canada parental sponsorship application. Mr RAJIVE GOGNA who works at ABHINAV IMMIGRATION SERVICES, Nehru Place, Delhi, asked for cash payment in advance. We asked him several times to provide us with a copy of a bill, but he insisted us to pay by cash and that he will handle our application along with Ms Shalini. Mr RAJIVE GOGNA asked us to trust him and that he will handle our application.
Unfortunately, we were not picked up in the IRCC lottery last year. This means no work needs to be done from ABHINAV IMMIGRATION SERVICES because the paper work starts once the application gets selected.
Today, on 07/01/2021, we asked for the refund from Mr RAGIVE GOGNA, he refused to give our money back. I also got to know that he has not made payment to Ms Shalini as well.
We trusted him but he betrayed us. ABHINAV IMMIGRATION SERVICES is misguiding innocent people and taking money.
The FRAUD done by Mr RAJIVE GOGNA and ABHINAV IMMIGRATION SERVICES should not happen to others. Please beware and don't consider them for immigration visas.

Till they got the money, they were good and acted like a professional, after which they lacked responsiveness and didn't keep up with their deadlines.

Lack of Responsiveness: Despite claiming to handle the end-to-end process, I constantly chased them for updates. Their lack of prompt response and failure to provide clear information left me frustrated and uncertain about the progress of my application.

As a former client of Abhinav Immigration, I feel compelled to share my incredibly negative experience with their services. I caution anyone considering their assistance to think twice before putting their trust and hard-earned money into Ajay Sharma's pocket.

1. False Promises: Initially, Abhinav Immigration convinced me to pay them under the guise of assessing my eligibility. However, it became clear later that this was just a tactic to extract money, as they informed me that I was not eligible for the immigration process.
2. Lack of Responsiveness: Despite claiming to handle the end-to-end process, I found myself constantly chasing them for updates. Their lack of prompt response and failure to provide clear information left me frustrated and uncertain about the progress of my application.
3. Inconsistent Relationship Managers: Throughout my time with Abhinav Immigration, I had a new relationship manager assigned almost every month. It was evident that this turnover was due to internal issues and possibly fraudulent practices within the organization.
4. Blame Game and Negligence: When I attempted to inquire about the status of my application, I faced consistent negligence and excuses from Abhinav Immigration. They conveniently shifted the blame to the Canadian government, avoiding any accountability for their own lack of progress or transparency. It was only when my application was nearing expiration that they bothered to inform me about its status.

I wholeheartedly advise against utilizing the services of Abhinav Immigration. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing, with false promises, lack of communication, and a blatant disregard for client welfare. I urge individuals to explore other reputable immigration consultants or legal professionals who prioritize honesty, integrity, and transparent client communication.

Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by steering clear of Abhinav Immigration and seeking out reliable and trustworthy alternatives for your immigration needs.

Don't use their service even they are giving discount. One of the worst management. I paid full amount in return I have done all the work.

They are fraudulent and money-making. I approached them in October 2018 and for personal reasons terminated the contract in Jan 2019. I availed ZERO service from them - nothing at all between Oct and Jan. When I asked for refund, they refused to return a singe rupee and tortured me endlessly. After repeated calls and emails requesting a refund, I have filed a case in the consumer court. Abhinav Outsourcings Pvt Ltd. is a FRAUD and nobody should approach them.

I reached out to Abhinav immigration for my parents visitor visa. The process was really smooth and special thanks to Ms Kanica for helping me getting visitor visa for my parents.

We applied for Traveling visa of Canda in which my Father-in law already has a USA visa still our visa get refuse due to the silly mistake done by the executive who is handling our case.The date of travelling is mentioned in the visa application is not suitable for travel purpose They spoil the future of people who really on their services.

This agency is totally a fraud... always play with the emotions of innocent people.

Extremely disappointing services, I wish there was a negative rating.
I am writing this review after having my profile for Canada visa from 3 years with Abhinav. My Express entry profile creation had started in the year 2020 and for 3 years they have literally just slept on my profile and wasted my time. My overall CRS score was 462, they kept saying you have a very good score and you will get an ITA soon but nothing happened, they just took the money and kept my profile aside.
They never took any initiative on their own, every single time for every small thing I had to make several calls to them to get an update on my profile. They will never answer your call in the first go, you have to keep calling them and writing several emails to get an update. The case manager who handled my profile(Lalita) was extremely arrogant and rude and had restricted knowledge.
Falling in trap with their sugar coated talking, I had even applied for Canada visitor visa through them as I had a family member in Canada who urgently
Needed my help. I wanted to get my visa asap and they said I would get my visitor visa within 15 days to 1 month I was hopeful that they will help me with my visa, but they again proved me wrong, the same behavior repeated. My visitor visa got rejected and they did not even help me out with the reapplication. Even when my visa was rejected I had found that on my own, again they did not even bother to inform that my visitor visa is rejected and what steps do I need to take further. When I took things to the manager(Elvis Mathew) I did not get any support from him, infact he was completely protecting his colleagues from being exposed.
Overall I had spent almost a lakh on abhinav agency - ******* for the express entry profile, ******* for the visitor visa, but did not get any result and it was a complete waste of time depending on them

To everyone who is applying for a visitor visa or PR I suggest you to please do it on your own instead of pouring your hard earned money into such money making agencies and not get anything done.

I was referred to Abhinav by one of my colleagues and having availed their consultancy services, I struggled to reach their representatives every time thereby delaying entire applications by eras.

In today's world with abundant open social platform information one can easily file their application without paying heftly fees to such consulting firms.

After trapping the client by sweet words and false promises they extort money. Later on show no interest and make lame excuses for keeping money with them. A novel method of looting, one to allure and other to befool.

I recently used this immigration service provider and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the very first day, the process was a nightmare and I regret ever working with them. Despite the glowing reviews I read online, I found the service to be subpar and the staff to be unprofessional. The company seemed more interested in making money than helping people with their immigration needs. The fees charged were exorbitant and did not match the level of service provided. It is evident that the company had used fake reviews to boost their online reputation. The reviews all seemed to be very similar, with generic and over-the-top praise for the company. It was clear that these reviews had been fabricated in an attempt to deceive potential customers into using their services.

First and foremost, it's alarming that the service provider lacked knowledge about Canadian immigration policies. This is a crucial aspect of their job, and any service provider who claims to specialize in immigration should have an in-depth understanding of the country's policies and regulations. It's unacceptable that they failed to provide with the necessary guidance and expertise, especially given how complex and constantly changing Canadian immigration policies can be.

Second, their communication is terrible. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone when I had questions or concerns. I would leave multiple messages and emails, and it would take days (sometimes even weeks) to receive a response. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and delayed the process significantly.

Additionally, the staff seemed completely unorganized and unprepared. They constantly requested the same information multiple times and made careless mistakes on my application. These mistakes ended up causing significant delays and cost me more money than I originally anticipated.

Furthermore, I was promised a quick and easy process, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. The process is still pending and I am feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Overall, I would not recommend this immigration service provider to anyone. Their lack of communication, disorganization, and overall poor service made the entire process a nightmare.
The fake reviews and lackluster service make it clear that this company is more interested in making a profit than actually helping people with their immigration needs. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by finding a different immigration service provider.

It's a fraud company who will not even bother to reply to your emails after getting their payment. After going through so much trauma with these people we have given up on our hard earned money which we may never see again but whoever is thinking to go through them please don't do it.

Abhinav Immigration Nehru place gives Misleading information and are frauds. They give misleading score while consulting and real score comes much lesser than expected. They are not real, poor services, untrained staff and moreover just a business. They eat our hard-earned money and are not ashamed of their act.

If ur score is less than 450, there were no special efforts from the team, year just passed by and no EOI. The company completely denied the case of refund while I had paid till stamping of passport. It's better you dont fall into sales trap, you will better off paying piece meal and save money

I take this moment to thank Abhinav Immigration to help me with the Canada PR Visa application. Right from the first office visit at their Hyderabad Branch to my application submission, everything was smooth. The counsellor at Hyderabad branch were very helpful and knowledgeable who steer cleared all the complexities in the application. Thanks to Abhinav and the team!

I applied for Canadian PR along with my husband and my brother and they charged close to 3, 00, 000 for the profiles and they asked the amount to be paid during the starting of the process. Once they received the amount, they provided the minimum support. Even after follow ups, I was not at all satisfied as the delayed responses and type of responses that I received from them, hadn't expected at all. They just completed one year and the contract lapsed and they didn't refund even a single penny. I would have given them negative review if it was possible. I don't recommend anyone at all to go via Abhinav. They are thieves.

I paid ******* to them. I wasted my time and money for wes also, all in vain. You fill find a lot of negative reviews against them. But salute to these people who kept cheating people

Earlier this year, I expressed by desire to study Information Technology in Canada. I took my counselling at Abhinav Immigration in Delhi. They helped me choose the best university in Canada for my chosen course. Their team prepared my application, drafted the SOP and helped me receive University Acceptance letter and Student Permit. I thank Abhinav for their expert help!

They will bluff you... pathetic service, the representatives are not interested in their work, lot of errors in their work and communication, PLEASE USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE... i have wasted my money time and energy
