“Does anyone work there? AVOID!”

I ordered an expensive pair of Fristads Kansas overalls from this company. I received a thank you email for my order on 05/03/19 and on 06/03/19 I had a further email confirming dispatch of the item. It all seemed very promising at that point. After a few days there was no sign of them so I emailed the company for an update. I had no reply after 2 days so I emailed again; no reply! I then tried to phone them and for 3-4 days I got either the engaged tone or it rang indefinitely. I think the engaged tone was due to other people phoning them and listening to the ringing. I emailed them again and still no reply! I tried one more time to phone and finally someone answered at around 10:00 8 days after the overalls were supposedly sent! The guy was very vague and claimed he knew nothing about the order as he worked in the warehouse and no admin staff were in yet... at 10:00? I had to insist he took my details and then he begrudgingly said someone would call me; they didn't. I raised a dispute with PayPal and they also could not get anything from this company. Thankfully, today I had a refund from PayPal and I am very glad I used them and not a debit card. I simply would not trust this business! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
