So I have used affirm and suggested it to many of my co workers and since I work for Walmart I suggest all the time so customers can enjoy purchases. I have personally used affirm about 15 To 18 times and have only ever been late on a payment for a day maybe and sometimes less than 12 hours because I don't do auto pay and simply forget since we are so busy now days. I normally have a spending limit upwards of $3600 but when I went in the other day I noticed it had been dropped to $180. Now I normally don't care because I am getting a bonus in March and it will pay off most of my debt anyway so it ll Probably change but it still really bothered me that I take care and use you so much only to have you take away my spending power. If this is how you truly do business and treat those customers that you don't have to chase then I will find other ways moving forward and it won't be thru affirm. Very disappointed affirm I also will lot be referring you to Amy more customers moving forward
I received a coat that obviously ran small. They accepted the return for something bigger which sent something totally different from what the picture shows. They don't have returns at all. The coat received for a girl. Sent pictures to show them but now it's no longer responding. The coat was for my son. This is some B…S…. Don't shop with them because they're scammers and don't care about taking your money. I had to spend an additional $100 out the store for a nice Tommy coat. Tripping it's too cold in GA right now They let Ene trends steal my money.

I somehow paid through the Target app with Affirm. I didn't realize it until it was done. When I returned items to the store Affirm never credited my account. An hour on the phone with them and a lady who barely speaks English can only say "sorry, she sees no return." I'm out the money and the item. Do not use this company if you can help I

Customer service is horrible. They pull money from your bank account with no purchase confirmation then make you wait a week for a refund. They have no record for anything that happens on your account. Consistency getting errors in the app. Horrible experience. Rep Angelyn A. Has no idea how to do her job.

I got scammed by TopResume and this company did nothing to protect me. Will never use them again. $250+ down the drain. I just finished paying off this forced loan today (with no delivered usable product from TopResume) and am just as furious as when this all happened months ago. Total theft.

On September 2023, I purchased a stroller for my stepdaughter. I received it with no problem they will take out the money out of my account. Somehow my account was given to another personnel. I cannot log into the account. We emailed each other information to customer service phone calls were made over 20 phone calls, now he decided to put me into collection now I am getting harass by collection agency from their people they keep telling me to call customer service multiple times cannot log into the account multiple emails back-and-forth it been three months nothing is been fixed yet now I'm getting emails text through Amazon. They will not answer the phone calls, they having a problem issues with hiring for professionals that understands the issue problems they having do I have to an attorney press charges for harassment
I've used Affirm in many transactions over 2 years and with simple singular purchases, it works great. Having multiple loans is easy if you do not: pay off ahead of time, or make change of payment date as it is a headache (100% failure). The Chatbot is comically disastrous, the automated verification often fails, speaking to a person is often a perpetrated hoax!
I'm done and finished with them!

I have used Affirm 3 different times with no issues. Now they got me to get one of their credit cards. WORTHLESS. I have tried on 4 occasions to place an order with a company, they say I have$4300 for purchasing. But everytime I try to place an order it gets declined or denied. And the order is for $240. I called Affirm and was told the company is not filling the order, when I call the company that I placed order from they tell me that Affirm has denied payment for order
I am a currently serving my country in the US Navy! Affirm sucks $#*!! I've had them for years. Had several accounts with them and never missed a payment or was never in bad standing. Someone tried to order a plane ticket from my affirm account. I caught it immediately while currently being deployed as an email was generated due to the unauthorized purchase. I have been dealing with this dispute for over 4 months now. No supervisor will call me and nothing is being done. They just keep telling me that it's being investigated. They said it would take up to 90 days, but we're passed that. Horrible. Just horrible.

Approved for loan from affirm for 3700 for flights.
Booked tickets, gave affirm 900 dollars for a 3300 hundred dollar loan.
Merchant calls and said tickets cost additional 600 on top of my affirm loan I already paid for.
Or I can cancel for a few paid to the merchant.
Affirm did finally close account and refunded my 900 we couldn't afford another 600 out of pocket.
So affirm sides with merchant and cancel s credit approval.
Shame on you affirm for siding with merchant scammers.

Waiting on my refund to be processed first off but to no avail yet! Called 6-7 times and got different amounts of what my refund is and different ways it will be refunded to me as well! PLEASE PLEASE beware of Affirm being a rip off and stay away from this Company! If you go through them and have any issues consider it will never get fixed like mine!

I didn’t use any of the product. Everything was wrong they sent me. I had to return the entire order. I shouldn’t have to pay anything. The interest was 786$ when I made the order over a 12 month period. Now they say I owe 1072$ after jegs refunded my purchase.
Affirm wants to be paid although you never received the order. No help from Affirm. Do not use them!
I have a line of credit of over $8,000.00 They keep raising that but never lowering my interest rate. Payment always on time and i always paid off way early. Do better!

I called because I was being charged a down-payment. I wanted to know why. The customer supervisor, Jacqueline (assuming that's her name) kept explaining to me what a down payment is and simply would not tell me why I was being charged. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, her response was that there was no other supervisor. Clearly her job was to get rid of the caller
This company apparently does not want to get paid. For the past several months, I have had to call to make a payment because their app does not work. But everytime I call, I get someone saying that my email and phone number are not in the system. They even continue to talk about if I had a different number. It's the same and only number I have had for very many years...I get reminders from the company for my payment in this email and phone number, but they still say it's not in the system. They then say they cannot take a payment for security. (Can you tell me why someone would want to pay money on someone else's bill?).
Who thought trying to actually make payments would be so hard...stay away from using this company unless you enjoy people saying you don't know your own information.
We've used affirm several times over the past four or five years. Sometimes we're approved for $1,200 sometimes we're approved for $800 and sometimes we're only approved for $200. They pick and choose what they approve you for and for how much. We've also noticed that big items such as appliances no longer accept affirm. They don't even report good payments or early payoff to the credit bureaus. My credit score is over 600 and I can't get approved for my own a firm account because my husband has one. I guess you can only have one a firm account per household. Our hot water heater just went out and now we can't get approved for a new one.

Affirm it's very unreliable they say the more that you pay your loans off the more you're approved for and that's a lie. Every time we pay our loans off and try to get approved again it's always for a different amoun Or nothing at All. They don't even report on Time payments or early payoff to the credit bureaus. They pick and choose where they approve you for and for how much. We've really been disappointed in affirm lately and are thinking about not even using them anymore.
You can tell when a company doesn't care about their customers! And this company is one of those. All they care about is taking your money however they do not do right by the customer. I have been going back and forth with them for over 3 months in regards to a dispute ( I did not receive the item) and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. I have provided more than enough proof that I did not receive the item nor a refund and every supervisor I have spoken to has told me the same damn thing " we will get back to you soon". I called their helpline and it automatically forwarded my call to a scam line. They asked for my debut card info and since I thought I was talking to affirm I gave it to then. But they kept saying things that didn't make sense to them being affirm so I asked who I was talking to and they said "**** credit line" I couldn't understand his strong accent. But it turned out to be a scam. Then when I called back they forwarded it again. I called one more time and was finally greeted with "thank you for calling affirm" and I began to tell them my original issue but I wanted to notify them that I was forwarded to a scam and when I told them the guy hung up on me. This company scams people!
I bought an item from Amazon for $800+. I thought I would get a loan from Affirm. A few days later, the amount of the purchase was deducted from my bank account but Amazon. I called Affirm to cancel, and they said the were not able to. I saw the true nature of Affirm. They appear to only want your money, and customer service was unimportant. I will never do business with them, again.

I had an account with PayBright, which Affirm acquired. That's how I ended up with an Affirm account. I only dealt with PayBright once and never again. Fast forward two years, and I received an email about an Amazon product loan through Affirm. Initially, I thought it was a phishing email until I noticed unauthorized Affirm activity on my credit history.
I contacted Affirm, informing them that this loan wasn't mine, and someone had taken it illegally, as I didn't have an account with Affirm. That's when I discovered Affirm had acquired PayBright. I applied for an appeal and promptly received an email from Affirm stating it was my loan but that they might have missed something, asking for proof that it wasn't mine.
I complied with all the requirements. I signed what they referred to as an affidavit, filed a police report, demonstrated that the address on file wasn't mine, and provided copies of my driver's license to prove my identity. After all this, they reviewed my account and acknowledged that it wasn't my loan; someone had accessed my account without permission, and they locked it.
To unlock my account, I was given a number to call for identity verification. I wanted to close the account, as I had no use for Affirm and lost trust after the unauthorized access. Unfortunately, I faced a runaround. The people at the number provided couldn't unlock my account, and I was told another department would contact me by email in a couple of days.
Jump to four months later, at the time of this review, and I still haven't heard from Affirm's mysterious department. I'm still receiving emails about the delinquent loan that isn't mine, along with threats to report it to the credit bureau. (I've already filed a complaint with them about the unauthorized activity on my credit report.)
My questions about how someone accessed my account without input from me and what personal information they had access to remain unanswered. I don't even know how to properly protect myself.
I would hesitate to deal with Affirm as you could end up with an experience like mine.

I would not recommend using Affirm's services after my poor experience with them. Despite the invoice from the company I purchased the doors from stating a zero balance after the return, I never received an invoice from Affirm indicating that I still owed funds. In response to this, they reported me to the credit bureau agencies without justification, damaging my credit score. I have been diligently trying to have this negative report removed from my credit report, but to no avail.

This company's primary goal is to get your money. If you have an issue with a merchant, they will say they will help but in reality, they don't. I purchased Furniture from a store and it arrived damaged and the merchant is unwilling to resolve so I contacted affirm as they are the ones I used to make the purchase and the representative at Affirm told me they would open a dispute and would work with me to resolve this. Not even 3 days goes by and I get an email from Affirm that they have sided with the merchant even though I supplied all the evidence consisting of invoices, images of damage and images of what I should have gotten. If you've gotten approved for Affirm you most likely have credit cards so I suggest that you use a card instead of this service because if something goes wrong Affirm won't do anything to help. And if you ever need to contact customer care be prepared. Not to get any hep at all because seems like their reps don't know anything about what services their own company offers.
