Today for the first time had purchased on line some products from AGM Home store and my exprience has been amazing, ease to do on line purchase and all the way to get the e mail within less than 2 hours that my order has already been shipped, Now will have to see how the products are when they arrive in couple of days thanks
The suction cups for the mirror are not strong enough. The mirror keeps falling down. Not worth the price

Unhappy because I can't see or get a date when I would receive and I ordered this on 7/13/17 and it's still saying order hasn't been shipped when I try and track it.
Maybe it was just the merchandise I ordered that took longer than normal. I will probably order from them again as they seem to care about pleasing their customers.

The suction cups for the mirror are not strong enough. The mirror keeps falling down. Not worth the price

Please note that the suction cups best works for glass, tiles, etc. However, if you do not feel satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a return, and full refund of your order. Called for delivery estimate. After many questions, learned it wd be at least another 10 days and likely more. (I had ordered 5 days prior to calling.) Wd be nice if AGM sent status notices when, as here, item's apparently coming from Germany, then gets inspected on arrival at AGM warehouse, THEN finally ships to customer.

Andres was such a pleasure to do business with. His professionalism and excellent communication skills have made this one of the easiest transactions in the process of building a house. Absolutely love the Ideavit sink and matching shelf! It is beautiful and perfect! The fact that they were willing to hold on to it until needed was a huge help. I highly recommend them and will happily buy from them again!
With a great variety of products, search should be more intuitive and return more relevant items.
Shipping lead time is very long. Haven't received the items yet.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We currently have a filter menu that shows on the left for each category, where you can select by color, size, brand, material, type, installation, and more. The items of your order are to be served in 5-8 weeks. However, we also offer lead times of 1-3 days (this can also be filtered for each category). The lead time to ship for each item is displayed in the product page right below the price, and Free Shipping. Also, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. We are also working on improving our website so that the buying experience we offer is unique. You should be having our new website design available by the end of this year.

The products have great quality and the costumer service is excellent. What I like the most is that all products are fancy and unique. The prices are worth it. Will recommend 100%
The 40" bathroom vanity was every bit as wonderful as it appeared on line. Clean lines, European styling, and well made. The products are unusual and different from traditional fare, creating a sense of custom build from an ordered product. The vanity shipped as three separate items (mirror/medicine cabinet, sink/countertop, and vanity cabinet). The rating would have been 5 stars except for delivery issues. The first two boxes arrived timely. The third didn't arrive for another 2 weeks. Granted it was the Christmas shopping season, and AGM staff worked hard on our behalf. Nonetheless, they weren't fully effective in kicking UPS's a... and getting the product delivered sooner. But customer support did pester UPS daily and kept us informed with regular emails.
As a first time customer to AGM Home Store, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this store. The customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations. I had a few questions before placing my order; so, I called their customer service line and spoke to a representative, who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Fantastic service! Not to mention... They even offer 10% off your first order. Great prices, I will be back!

I was interested in purchasing a shower head and stumbled upon their website. There was a great selection of products. The delivery was well within the expected delivery window and the shower works and looks great in my home. I have shopped here for my home essentials ever since. Would 100% others to give them a try
Dealing with a new online only store can be a bit unnerving; you never know what you're going to get if you actually need followup service. In this instance, dealing with AGM Home was a breeze. Update, the shower head is installed and has to be my favorite piece in the masterbath renovation- having the combo waterfall, rain shower which can run together or individually with great pressures(cudos to my plumber)- besides being sleek and elegant, and great customer service!
