Mike, service rep was very helpful with a requested delayed delivery to NY. Arrived as promised -excellent service

Shipped quickly, even though it was Christmas season (December 23) received in good order with no damage.

I order a machine which was just as described but turned out to not be what i needed. They were so helpful and easy to work with for my return. They even sent me the return label so all I had to do was print it out and call the carrier to pick up when I was ready. I have never had such a great experience before with a return. Would highly recommend. Shop without reservations!

I bought a dehumidifier through Amazon and was alerted that shipping was delayed. I called Air and Water and they info'd me that the item was now on back-order and not expected from manufacturing for 3 weeks. They offered to cancel my order. I later called back and agreed to cancel my order, and they offered me a great alternative, same manufacturer, same capacity and similar performance, only a different year's model, (at a lower price), was it also in-stock and ready for shipping. We purchased an evaporative cooler from Air & Water that was damaged in shipment. Mike M. In customer service took care of sending a replacement and setting up the return of the damaged cooler. He went above and beyond the call of duty exceeding our expectations in every way. This is our second purchase from Air & Water and it certainly won't be our last.

Not only are the products quality, but so is the customer service department. You may not even need to communicate directly since ordering is so easy, but if you do, everyone there is awesome.

With free shipping included in the recent purchase of a Q-Mark C wall mounted heater you couldn't ask for a better deal. The product really lives up to it's reviews and the shipping and packaging insured the product arrived in timely fashion in show room condition.

I was very impressed with both the quality of the item that I purchased and the priced that I paid for my item. I was also pleased with the amount of time that it to me to get my item. I had a very positive experience when talking to a customer service representative when I had questions.

I recently purchased a NewAir AC-*******E-BL 14,000 BTU online with Air-n-Water.
I haven't completely assessed why the it was discounted, but there seems to be cosmetic damage to the baffles on the air intake vent. In any case, I seem to have obtained a $400-$600 device for about half that price.
I am still learning the intricacies of the controls, remote control, water drain, and portable operation. However, we had a four-day heat wave soon after receiving the item, which allowed me to test it. It seems to be working well.
My teenage daughter assessed that "we already received our money's worth" by giving us comfort during some miserable SoCal weather. That is good enough an endorsement for me.

Very helpful and easy to deal with. Had to do a return, with no problems.
