AssalamuAlaikum, I am extremely disappointed with this company. First because this company was recommended to me some years ago. But I purchased an item for the first time in early June. I did not receive my purchase nor information concerning through July. When I tried to track the purchase the site showed my order was being processed the entire time. I finally called and was told that they no longer carried the item and had not carried it for some time. I asked for my money to be returned but it has not been returned to this day. Needless to say, I am more disappointed with the integrity of this company. I have made attempts by email and by phone to reach them, to no avail. It seems that any company can start out with good products and service but it is something else for that company maintain them.

I've shopped at Al Hannah for a few years now, and never had any bad experience with them until recently. Lately, they've sent me a few wrong items, or didn't have the item that I ordered in stock. It took a long time to get everything sorted out. It's really hard to get a hold of them, even during the day when their business hours say that they should be open, they don't usually answer the phone. It took kind of a long time to get my refund from them, but in the end, I did get it, so that's good.

Mind you, up until now, I hadn't had any problem with them at all. I've received all of my past orders in a timely manner, and I've always been really happen with the items I receive. They have good quality imports and a pretty large selection to chose from. And for a place that sells imported goods direct from the Middle East, they aren't expensive at all.

That's why, even with the not-so-great experience that I had with them this last time, they still get 4 stars, and I will still buy from them in the future hoping that that mix-up was a one time thing! I still like this shop a lot :)

I ordered two hijabs from them. It said the hijab is exactly what you see in the picture well that turned out to be a lie. It was much much smaller than they advertise. And one of them looked as those it has been a few places and back. And they wonder why muslims have a bad name these days... how could they be trusted if this is the way they do business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Buy your products somewhere else! These people take forever to process your order! Took 3 days just to process.and it still hasn't shipped. Im actually still waiting. This is the 2nd time! The first time I didnt even get a response as to if my order had even been processed until 13 days after I purchased it! I sent emails for days and they finally responded 13 days later! Should be closed down! I dont even wana give 1 star!

I needed a specific jalabiya within the week for an occasion and after calling in to ask, Al Hannah was able to accommodate me, getting me my items sooner than expected. I took a chance despite the previous reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The item was of good quality and looked great on.

AssalamuAlaikum, I am done with Alhannah I have been a customer for over 13 years and this is the last time I will shop with them. Early on around 2003 their service was excellent. Their products are good quality when you receive what you actually ordered and there wasn't a mix up in sizes or colors or quantities. This last order I paid for expedited shipping my order should have arrive yesterday. They are not answering their phone or returning email. At this point my purchase which was an Eid gift most likely won't even arrive on time. I will have to open a paypal claim to see if at least I can be refunded my extra shipping and possibly recieve my order for Eid Ul Adha since Eid Ul Fitr isn't going to happen. Very sad and disappointed about the entire situation. InshaAllah I'm planning to post a warning on the bulletin board in the Sister's side of the Masjid letting them know about this company. I have been ordering from Alhannah since 2005 and I have been satisfied with every order I placed with them. I love their hijabs and abayas. They helped me on the phone multiple times and have even special ordered things for me when I couldnt find them anywhere else. They ship very fast and I just love receiving my packages from them! Will order again and recommend them to everyone. I LOVE THIS STORE!

The hijabs I order from Al Hannah are always very beautiful and worth more than they sell them for. Their shipping is always fast - I think the brother who left the negative review is confused or dishonest. Al Hannah and Shukr are the only stores that I ever buy from online. Both companies have been around for years and are reputable with good quality clothes and service.

I have bought from Al Hanah many of times and no problems what so ever. They are a trusted site in my book.
