Ham operators beware, this same company who has had so many issues this year is trying to be reborn as Ham Radio Source dot com. I have three different fellows I know personally who have had nothing but the run around, emails that are automated junk, and when you do get through to him it is empty promises and claims. There are some vendors who are now claiming issue with him also. So all I can say is Caveat Emptor, BUYER BEWARE! Do you research. Choose who you spend your money with wisely.

I have tried them twice and both times the shipments took longer than one week to ship, but my credit card was billed within two days.

Horrible customer service? It's more like non existent. I emailed inquiries, and phoned. The emails were ignored and the phone calls were never picked up.

They state that they have a flat shipping rate of $7.99 and charged me $8.99.

If you have a LOT of time to wait and don't mind pre-paying for your order, go ahead and do business with them... but be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait...

I have two orders outstanding, one to AmateurRadioSupplies and one to HamRadioSource (Both run by same guy, Jeff). One was ordered 21 Sep and has not shown up at all and the one to AmateurRadioSupplies was order 01 Oct and received part of the order. I get a message saying it is being shipped or processed or not hearing from them at all. I have gotten auto answer messages saying he is on vacation... Not a good way to run a business. Not sure what I need to do about this. I need the stuff to get my station back on the air.

Great prices, but horrible customer service. They do not respond to emails, and promise shipping dates that are weeks ahead of reality.
If you have lots of time, go ahead and use the, but don't bother to inquire about you order later
