Amazingly Cat

I ordered a cat bed and paw print kit; neither showed up despite emails claiming they were shipped several weeks ago. The tracking numbers I was given do not exist according to the shipping company. I've emailed and called multiple times over the course of a week and still have not received a refund, the products, or a response. I believe my next step is filing a police report. Do not purchase anything from this company. I believe this is a scam.

I put in complaint for non delivery with PayPal and received another tracking number. It did ship through usps and I was able to follow its delivery to my door. I received my order today with a bonus of three more of the product I ordered. The Kicker Fish are exactly as stated and work.
They are large and soft.
Maybe they are under new management.
Thank you PayPal for coming through for me again.

I received the ‘jumping fish' 4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.

Total scam - makes it look like their productos are coming from the USA which they are not. I tried to refund a couple of slow feeder bowls as they advertise 100% satisfaction - 30 days. When I tried to refund they indicated "two days" to refund and offered me a $10 off coupon. I reported them to the FTC. Awful, deceiving.

Don; t order from this site. I thought it was a domestic purchase from the U. S and instead I was given a DHL tracking from overseas which I was shocked about. Its been 2 1/2 weeks and there is record of it when you query it, but they keep telling me to be patient. I am going to start trying to get my money back from Pay Pal because its probably never going to show up.

I purchased 2 cat beds in Dec 2020 and one of the beds came completely unsewn and all the filling came out. I reached out to them but because it was past the 30 since purchased there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend buying from this company, their customer service is the worst.

I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and won thank goodness. I never received my time nor could I get tracking info or any additional answers after an initial bogus response. After researching them I found this to be true for several others.

I ordered a cat bed and never received it. No one would provide updated shipping or delivery status. No one was available to take a phone call. I have canceled the order. This is obviously not a reputable company. I should have done my homework. I would not recommend Amazingly Cat for any purchase.

I bought a bird drone cat toy back in 2019 based on videos of it in action looking impressive. Payment method was charged instantly. 4 weeks later it still never shipped and I got buyers remorse when I realized it still never shipped. I reached out and asked to cancel it as I don't want it. No response for a couple days before reaching out to paypal to do a charge back. During the back and forth they finally respond saying it just shipped, sorry can't cancel. Another long wait to get here and its just embarrassing. Pathetic build quality and just didn't even work right. Way way way overpriced. I reach back out wanting to return for a refund as the guarantee was still available, they accepted that and sent me the return address: some random city or town in croatia where on street view it's a warehouse district that will cost at minimum 110$ to ship it there. Clearly meant to deter me from returning due to outrageous shipping back.

Based on recent reviews this company still seems to be around and still seems scummy/scammy. Avoid at all cost. Better yet, avoid most flash sale generic site ads from instagram or Facebook. All bad news.

Avoid buying from this company as they are selling products that do not work as advertised. I asked to return the product & they have not replied to my request. It is now in dispute with PayPal.
Customers beware!

I ordered a toy for my cat almost 2 months ago and have not received anything yet, the company refuses to answer my questions and the "tracking" information they gave me say that the shipment has not even been created yet. What is going on?

After waiting weeks for this fish toy it came broken! It does not work at all! I contacted the company and I was told that was a phone service unaffiliated with the company. If I wanted to reach them, email for support. You'll notice 100% guarantee but on email page it says you only get 2 days after it's delivered! I tried to charge the fish for an entire day. There was no paperwork included. Called company, got an unaffiliated phone rep, filled out email where it then shows you have 2 days to return with an uploaded video! Why would I upload a non moving fish toy?
What a huge waste of money!
Seriously do not buy from this company. If they decide to send one that works I'll let you know but with the other negative reviews, I doubt it! They make a fortune on scamming people!

Amazingly Cat is a fraudulent Chinese company pretending to be an American business. When you order, any hint that you're getting crap from China is hidden. The long wait time for your delivery will be your first clue that you've been had. When it arrives, in that terrible chinese packaging that pretty much guarantees disappointment, you'll have come full circle with this scam of a website. Their cat beds are a lie, and don't look anything like the photo. They're flat, cheap, oversized and ugly. To add insult to the fact that you grossly overpaid for this cheap garbage, there's no way to return this junk to China where it belongs. Don't order from Amazingly Cat unless you enjoy getting ripped off, and like throwing your money away.

I ordered a cat toy and exactly as the others on here- never received it. They keep telling me it's on its way dispute tracking info saying ‘USPS awaiting item'- so it hasn't yet been shipped. They have ignored my emails. I went onto their FACEBOOK page to warn others by copying this link showing complaints and warning others not to purchase from them. They actually deleted all my comments and links AND they blocked me from being able comment to warn others- no wonder there are no negative comments on their page! So I tried to report to FB but it just said ‘thanks for letting us know!'- no real action will be taken against them. I applied for refund through PayPal PLUS I filed a report through the Federal Trade Commission to hopefully make them aware of their bad business practices of stealing from people. If you are reading this bc you had a bad experience with Amazingly Cat- please file a report with the FTC- the more reports they get- the higher chance they can shut them down and stop them from scamming innocent people into buying their products (and not shipping them!)... we need to work together :)

This company is criminal. I placed an order on 4/12/2020, and on 4/14/2020 I received an email claiming the item was shipped. Now, some 60+ days and over 15 emails exchanges later, the item still has not arrived; the only responses I keep getting from their so-called customer service are all just the same caned responses: (e.g., allow 8--10 business days for your item to arrive, it's still in transit, etc). It is now abundantly clear this place is a fraud, and sold items they did not actually have available to sell; much like Ponzi schemes and other similar RICO violations. I am so incredibly disheartened and I've never been lied to so many times over by a purported customer service rep. And they cannot blame the COVID19 pandemic because I have literally ordered over 150 items during the COVID 19 pandemic and NOTHING was delayed to this extent. And, in fact, anything that was even moderately delayed was replaced by the sellers.
In addition to the aforementioned canned responses, this company initially kept saying "don't worry" if the item is not received within 45 days after the ship date, then there is an "automatic refund." The purported "tracking information" also indicated the item shipped from a location less than 50 miles from the destination address. Yet, for some reason, 8 weeks isn't enough time for it to be delivered? This company NEVER offered to send a replacement item, this company has YET to apply the refund I was promised would have been "automatic" over 20 days ago. And now, just yesterday (JUNE 10) I was told "don't worry" there is an automatic refund after 60 days!? Ummmm I'm sorry, what? First it was 45 days, now it's 60? This is not coming from China. Frankly, I doubt it is coming from anywhere. I've been duped... it is so disheartening and we should ALL bring a class action claim for Fraud and/or contact US Attorney's office to ask that charges be brought against this sham of a company under the RICO statute.

I ordered a cat bed from Amazinglycat thinking that they are an American company and that I would get my shipment in a relatively short time. It's been 3 weeks and their online tracking system won't say where the hell it is. Turns out there is a Chinese Tracking number and it's been stuck in San Francisco with no movement whatsoever. I would not recommend this site unless you like waiting for hell to freeze over.
