“$14.95 a month and unable to cancel”

Don't remember signing up for any subscription but you cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel. Even logging in doesn't give me an option to cancel any subscription. Multiple phone numbers all play the same hold music and disconnect just before 31 minutes. Be very cautious if you choose to do business with them. Our only option is working through the bank to cancel - we may even have to cancel this credit card

Tip for consumers:
To not have you would be a shame and I can not be the only one to feel that way.

Shoes, purses, hats tops, pants, pj, from other companies of there I’ve bought a lot of stuff not one item did I not like. When I think of buying something I think of them first or one of their wonderful companies.

I have made a purchase of an AmeriMark product, and I'm a satisfied customer.
They even gave me a credit line as I recall, payment was/is hassle free. Shipping was/is fair and reasonable.

AmeriMark does not accept returns from my experience. I called them, used their online chat and when I tried to reach customer service, I was given a run around. Also when I tapped the customer service site online, I got a message that said "insecure site." When I called them they said their website was down! Frustrated I gave my new ladies house coat to a charity, after reading many reviews from customers that were scammed by returning their item and never receiving a refund. DLB

Tip for consumers:
If you don’t want a refund and you like poor or no customer service, join a large group of frustrated, dissatisfied customers who have stopped ordering from this company.

I have ordered from here for years.the clothing is just as represented and the service is excellent. Merchandise arrives as promised or I am updated about any delays. They are affiliated with Anthony Richards who also has the same excellent products and service.

I HAVE PURCHASED ESSENTIAL WEAR. I LIKE WHAT I'VE ORDERED, BUT THEY ARE OVER-PRICED BY THE TIME SHIPPING AND OTHER COSTS ARE ATTACHED. NOT WORTH SO MUCH MONEY. TRUE SALES NEED TO BE OFFERED. I RECENTLY PUT TWO MU MU ITEMS AT $16.99, THE TOTAL WITH CHARGES WAS OVER $52.00 TOTAL... SURELY NOT A BUY. I SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR OWN RECORDS AND NOT FURTHER INCONVENIENCE BUYERS FOR YOUR SELLING PRACTICES

This this probably my 4th or 5th order. I usually use the easy payment plan. Always paid on time, no problems. Last month I didn't receive a bill. Could have been any number of reasons. I completely forgot about the bill. Instead of contacting me about a missed payment. Which I would have promptly paid. I get a accusatory letter pretty much calling me a loser who doesn't pay their bills and a lecture about how my credit is now threatened, and I'll have a hard time getting a job if I have bad credit. This was all over 10.00. I'll pay off the bill and they can shove it. My mother dosen't even speak to me like that.

I have purchased many items from here. Fast shipping. Items exactly as described and good quality.
I needed to exchange several items and was treated well and they helped with exchange. Highly recommend. A+

Horrible items quality! If you have to return forget about the money, you will never be able to receive your money back. Really bad customer service!

I ordered item from clearance an item priced at 10.97. Said it was backordered. Now I see it in regular pricing for a lot more. Hence, they have never answered me about my item shipping at all. I am sure I will never get it at that price.

Amerimark has made the horrible decision to use Pitney Bowes as their carrier to deliver orders to USPS for final delivery. PB received my order on 2/2/22, it's 2/12/22 (the day of delivery according to PB's tracking) and it still has not been turned over to USPS for final delivery. It sat at the first PB facility for 3 days, the second one for 5 days, and it's been at the third one for 3 days - btw, the order has only traveled from OH to IN in 10 days, that's ONE state over from where the order originated. When I spoke with an Amerimark customer rep, she told me that I can't get a refund until I actually RECEIVE the order and then return it! I explained to her that if I had the order, I wouldn't need a refund. I also asked if my order hasn't been delivered after 30 days if I could then get a refund. She said no, that I had to wait until I received the order, returned it to Amerimark, and they had received the order before I'd get a refund ~ MINUS A $9.99 RETURN FEE, OF COURSE. Evidently, Amerimark does NOT refund customers' money when an order is lost. THIS IS AN IDIOTIC REFUND POLICY! My advice is NOT to order anything from Amerimark because of the 1-star rated Pitney Bowes carrier that will take WEEKS to deliver your order, if you ever get it, and evidently you won't get your money refunded from Amerimark if PB loses the order.

UPDATE: Pitney Bowes has had my package for 15 DAYS now and still has NOT been delivered it to USPS for final delivery. I have called Amerimark's customer service dept. 6 times and emailed them 3 times. All I get from the customer reps over the phone is they can't do anything about it because PB still has it listed as "in transit." As for the 3 emails, according to Amerimark's website, their "top priority" is their customers, but I have NOT received one answer to any of my emails. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY, TIME, AND STRESS BY NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMERIMARK.COM.

I ordered a housedress that looked nice in the picture, but when it arrived it was such poor quality and so cheaply made that I didn't even want to open the package! It looked worse than something you'd buy at Walmart! And then I saw that they deduct $9.99 from your refund if you return it. After reading the reviews about the poor customer service I'm afraid that I won't get my refund if I return it. Would never ever order from them again!

AmeriMark is another online, catalogue company that decided to save money and let someone else do their shipping, but they still take your money at the time of your order, and then break the law by not bothering to ship for anywhere from 3 to 7 days later. The law is clear, you pay yourself when you ship. Then, AmeriMark compounds their thefts by failing to send part of your order, sending stuff that is broken or plainly doesn't work and the like. After trying to work with their customer service, wasting my time, I gave up and stopped ordering. They didn't care. Totally no intention on their part to help the customer.
