J & L Tree Services goes above and beyond for its customers.

To begin, J & L Tree Services responded promptly when they received our request for a quote.

Jack, of J & L Tree Services, came quickly to our home to assess a tree removal project.

We had a 45 foot tall maple in our backyard. It had died and was rotting from the inside. A large limb had already fallen onto the roof of our patio following the last storm.

Secondly, J & L Tree Services agreed the tree needed to come down right away. The very next morning, J & L Tree Services arrived to begin the project.

J & L Tree Services was careful to cut the limbs and branches so they would fall away from the house.

J & L Tree Services worked tirelessly to cut the tree down and by the end of the next day, there was only a stump.

Next, they removed all of the branches, limbs, and trunk pieces and hauled them away.

In addition, they raked the leaves in the backyard (and even the front) leaving our yard looking better than when they had arrived.

We were exceptionally pleased with, not only their expert work, but also with their honesty, friendliness, and candor.

I know I can trust J & L Tree Services for all of my future landscaping needs. Also, they guarantee the best price!

This was my first and last time using this service. Guy never showed up, and Angi rep says they can't compensate me for time lost waiting around for the handyman because it was book through Walmart. Spent my entire day off waiting on Angi! Disgusting! Not to mention, this stranger now knows my name and address.

I thought I'd share my experience with you Angie, you were better off when you were Angie's list.
I've never seen such piss poor service as a company and referral service. You're no different than me as an individual scanning Craigslist for subpar "hacks" whom you refer to as "pros". You should be ashamed. I spent almost $500 between your fixed price of $421 and your "pros" ripping me off on parts. Still nothing was fixed. Each "pro" you sent out walked around my yard and told me what I already knew, which is my sprinklers don't work. The last hack you sent out spent an hour sawing a tree root, then tells me there's no sprinkler head underneath there. For me to only come outside to a puddle of water where obviously a head was there. On top of that, the 2nd hack you sent out put in the notes there that there "is" a sprinkler buried under a tree root. I mean which is it?!
Just piss poor… I'll never ever use Angi again. I'm deleting the app and headed straight to yelp to post this same review.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Angi's repair service, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. It all started when Angi reached out to me, inquiring about my need for a dryer repair. Eager to have my appliance fixed promptly, I explained to the call center representative that my dryer was not heating up and required attention. I also made it clear that it had been recently repaired, prompting me to inquire about Angi's guarantee on their repair services.

Assured that they could resolve my issue, I reluctantly agreed to a hefty fee of $309 for the service. The appointment was scheduled for noon, and I patiently awaited the technician's arrival. Unfortunately, my optimism quickly turned to frustration when the repairman showed up a staggering 1 hour and 50 minutes late, at 1:50 pm.

To add insult to injury, the technician, despite his tardiness, spent a mere 27 minutes at my residence, leaving by 2:17 pm. Shockingly, he couldn't fix my dryer, citing the need for additional parts. What infuriated me the most was that this crucial piece of information was conveniently omitted when I booked the appointment.

To compound my dissatisfaction, Angi had already charged my credit card for the full amount, despite the repairman accomplishing absolutely nothing. The lack of transparency regarding the required parts and the premature charging of my credit card left me feeling deceived and disheartened.

In conclusion, this entire experience with Angi's repair service was marred by tardiness, incomplete communication, and a lack of integrity. I expected more from a service that solicited my business, and unfortunately, I am left with a broken dryer and a sour taste from an overall disappointing encounter with Angi.

My experience: i set up a project. Then I couldn't access it. I contacted help after difficult to navigate steps on website, I called, then was directed to be texted a link, then had to download an app, then I was able to finally chat with help. They then changed the time for the project from which I originally posted. Which didn't work for me. They then charged me $15 to change the time. Then the project gt rescheduled by several days - for an emergency project. And again, contacting help was so difficult to navigate I gave up. Wasted time and money. Be warned.

I Registered with this page to promote my business but all they did was take the money out of my account and everything that they were supposed do was just false advertising and nothing was done at the end of the day. Never once was my business promoted by them and all of this was just a scam to take my money.DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEIR A FRUAD

I believe it is important for companies to respect their customers' time and adhere to reasonable communication practices. Waking me up so early without a valid reason is not in line with the work ethic and norms of California.

Used angi looking for someone to do a small project. After seeing the list of contractors I decided to not ask for any quotes. Well it looks like my info was sent to all of them I started to receive phone calls and texts from the contractors, that was ok after a brief conversation they were happy with I will call you and they left me alone. Angi.com is another story received 4 or 5 emails a day, text messages etc. can't seem to make angi.com stop attempting to contact me. Also there is no way to delete a account once you create one.
