I was skeptical of using this company at first because of the superior savings on my regular antivirus software- even after checking the reviews on SiteJabber.Com, I feared the "too good to be true" scenario. Still, I took a leap of faith and ordered using my PayPal account, and in seconds I received order confirmation. However, in the email I received I was asked to "Verify" my order by calling the company. Alarm bells rang again. I called the number provided in the email, and my order was "Verified" by giving my name and the name of the product ordered. Finally, I was assured that I would have my Activation Code for my software within 24 hours. Happily, the Code was in my email by the time the 2 minute call ended. I had asked the Customer Service Representative why a "Verification" was necessary, and he stated that they "get a lot of cancelled orders". I suppose I can understand. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy to have found the absolute best value for my antivirus software ever, and wonderful customer service, too. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was all set to buy, until your fascist system forced me to login as a previous customer, which set off a search for my old login ID, which required a request for a password reset, and when I got in, there was no record of the order I was working on.
Your Website needs to be more flexible, or some buyers may just bail out out of frustration.

Initially your website form for Norton services did not permit selection of applicable Country and State of residence which prevented completion of the desired sale. After about spending an
hour with Customer Service and Technical personnel, you finally
got the website to work correctly.

There was a substantial problem with the payment process, that is, my card was not being accepted. After getting the message across they set up to take control of my computer and get the payment made. I was a little concerned about this but it likely is OK.

I do not plan to install the software for about two more weeks but I do not expect any problem. If I have a problem I shall let you know.

Placing an order on your site was a NIGHTMARE at best! Kept going around and around. Instructions are vague. Good thing i like the product because i would have been LONG GONE after the first dozen attempts. including PW reset. Freeze on PayPal. Etc...

Kept my computer moving slow even after I removed files and downloaded software. It was reasonably priced but a headache to download and access.

I am a returning customer. Since I already had an account, all I had to do was verify email address, put in payment method and place my order. Very easy. Two days ago, I contacted customer service through online chat and had my questions answered. Good customer service. Thank you

Anti Virus Deals offers a great value and the same great virus protection software you can buy anywhere else. My only complaint is with their order verification process. After placing an order, they send an email requesting that you call them to verify the order. Once you call, you verify the same information you provided online and then they send you the code. For me it took couple days to get a hold of someone in order to complete this process. I wish they would remove this extra step as no other online retailer makes you jump through these additional steps.
