Even the base install they could not complete, which is their ready made software, it is all a scam. They rushed me off phone calls with loud noise in the background. UPDATE: Since we elevated our complains, Appdupe has been in constant contact with us and they've been working diligently in making our website functional. We're 99.9% done now and I think once we confirm full functionality of the website, we'll come back and revise this to be a 5 star review.

Previously, the website was only 80% complete before they went away for a long vacation. Their communication could certainly improve but I think they are getting better.

We incurred huge delays in getting responses from the App Dupe team.

When we tried to resolve the issues with upper management, we were delayed even more.

We worked continuously with them for over 14 months. The end result was frustration and an immense lack of professionalism. We even had trouble getting a copy of the source code, which took over 2 months. App Dupe still have not given us access to edit our own website and back-end.

We would strongly advise against using App Dupe. We were patient, professional and paid them in advance. Unfortunately, it appears they just don't seem to care.
