My local heating and cooling vendor wanted $1500 to replace a power board in a mini split air conditioner condenser. They also told me that it would take about 8 weeks to get the part. I found the exact part on the Appliance Factory Parts website for $110; it was delivered in 5 business days and only took me about 6 minutes to install. Thank you Appliance Factory parts for a wonderful, learning, and easy experience! Will buy from again in the future.

Parts did not match what was ordered and I was informed that I would have to pay return shipping charges for their mistake. It even said on the box "wrong part". My questions were not answered in the email exchange.

I read several reviews before I purchased and I must say I had a good experience. I noticed several bad reviews that wasn't sellers fault. I messaged customer service and they messaged me back in a timely matter regarding availability. I received a tracking number a day or 2 later, and my part arrived in new condition. I would buy from them again. They were $150 less than anywhere I found on my OEM part. Thank you

I am very disappointed and feel cheated. They sent a replacement part, but was not what I though I was purchasing. It was incorrect and a cheep replacement part which can be purchased at any lumber yard for a third of the cost. I strongly suggest the reader make their purchases else where than Appliance Factory Parts. I give the vendor zero starts.

Ordered a part for my grill. Shipped & arrived quick. I didn't have a model or part number but the online description made it easy to pick the right part. This replacement part is better than the original part. Packaging of fragile part was superb. Very happy with the entire experience. Great seller and great part.

Products used:
Stamped stainless steel heat tent. Much better than the original.

Ordered a bottom pannel for my Weber grill. The factory part comes with the fastener kit and installed magnets to hold the doors closed. This part came with neither - to be fair the website said that it didn't come with the fasteners, but for a $150+ I expect to have a few bolts thrown in.

The bigger issue is that the magnets are not installed, nor is there a place to install them - the factory original part comes with the magnets - again for an expensive piece of metal, I'd expect to have the parts be original and not a knock off.

Disappointed. Save a couple of bucks over other stores, but not happy with a bad part.

On the plus side, shipping wasn't too slow.

Tip for consumers:
MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING A REAL PART. Mine did not include an expected feature that the original part would have had.

I ordered a set of parts on Appliance Factory Parts. It does not fit my grill, but no one contacted me. It is too bad! When I searched for the parts I needed on google again, I got this

I will never, ever use Appliance Factory Parts out of Denver, CO. The $14 part was ordered on May 22/20 promised 7-10 day delivery. The part was finally delivered July 15/20. That is almost 2 months to get it to us. The $14 USD BBQ part with $7 exchange rate to CDN to currrency and $13 shipping fee totalled $34 which I was charged the very day I ordered it. I called their Customer Service to check on the status of the delivery and Appliance Factory Parts said they had no responsibility for the package and threw UPS under the bus who, over time, threw
Canada post under the bus. If Appliance Factory Parts can't manage their delivery chain, don't sell them out of state! Never, ever again. Pathetic service with no accountability.

I ordered a pair of stainless steel heat diffusers/flavor bars for my propane Jackson Grills from Appliance Factory Parts. Four weeks later, I they finally arrived in the mail. It took a long time, but I figured it was due to COVID-19. When I opened the box, I discovered what I received was not what was shown on their website. The tops of both my diffusers had this thick coat of white paint on them. Their website shows stainless steel. I thought this was weird, that maybe this was to provide some sort of added protection to them.

I installed them on my grill and found they were not quite wide enough and didn't sit perfectly in the slits which allowed them rotate from side to side, but it was workable.

I lit up the grill. About a minute later I began to smell this extremely strong TOXIC smell coming from inside my grill. It was even giving me a headache. It turned out it was the smell of the paint from the heat diffusers burning and bubbling off but only in the centers where it was the hottest. First thing I thought was how unsafe these were because this TOXICITY can get into the food and make us sick or even cause CANCER.

I was furious that Appliance Factory would sell such unsafe garbage, undoubtedly from China. I immediately tried to call them several times on even on a weekday, but was never able to get a live person. Their website said returns must be unused and they charge a 15% restocking fee, so basically I was stuck with two unusable parts. It was switch and bate and I was ripped off!

Let this be a WARNING about Factory Appliance Parts and their unsafe products and zero customer service. I will NEVER give them my business again! They're scum bags who are clearly only in it to maximize profits and they have no care for your health and well being!

We ordered a new dishwasher on 9/14 and paid for it. We were told the product would be delivered on 9/28. We were told they would call us on the day of delivery to deliver the dishwasher. Mid way through the day with no call, I contacted the store manager to see if in fact it was going to be delivered. He stated we were not on the delivery schedule that day and that the item is on backorder... Why were we not told this when we ordered the product? Needless to say we canceled the order and will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Appliance Factory again!

Customer Service fails to tell you first and foremost to save and return broken parts. No physical customer service. Truly jerks.

If it comes broken, better save it and be ready to send back.

Don't waste your business with the CEO who pockets employees money. Bait and switches happen at all their stores. If it's too good to be true, it is. Chuck promises high pay from the start but after the 30-90 test period he cuts that pay by at least 40%.

Sure hope you get the right part that works. Return service basically does not apply to their service! Elected not to return a defective $33 part as returning it would cost about $45. And the replacement part shipping would be $6.99, a $3 discount! At least I could splice the igniter wire and got it working!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have the rudest customer service reps that I have ever talked to. The first time I tried to cancel my order was via chat when I was told if I wanted to get my non-back ordered item shipped first, I would have to pay for double shipping. I canceled the entire order then, nothing happened. Then emailed, nothing happened, emailed for the again, very annoyed by then, felt like I was getting the runaround and I kept asking for the cancellation to be in writing via email. Finally, somebody emailed saying the items were canceled but then I received a shipping confirmation through UPS. I messaged them again, very annoyed, as I had already purchased from another company.
Here is their last exchange!

Hi Lisa, YES THE ENTIRE ORDER IS CANCELLED AND WILL BE REFUNDED. Please let that sink in for a minute. You said "I've already ordered the part I needed elsewhere" and THAT place ordered it from us. you paid them, they paid us, we ship it to you. And thus the tracking # is from us.

This business is marking their products up 125%. I needed a part for my grill and found the site asking $170. I found the manufacturer and got the part for $66. I can understand a markup but this is ridiculous. On top of the huge price you will have to pay for shipping. Stay away from these people and do a little more research so you can save yourself a bunch of money.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my part from this company! I ordered a grate for my Vermont Castings BBQ, they said that it was going to take longer due to Covid, ok, i understand that and the fact that I am based in Canada probably added more delays during that period. On top of the $170US they added $30US shipping, ok fine, its Covid time, I cant go out shopping, i'll pay for it cause i wanted to have a BBQ! In addition I paid $46CDN duty for this part. So far that's fine, it was all my choice. However, my BBQ takes four such grates, I thought the $170 was quite high for one grate, i thought perhaps that price included 4 grates, i asked their online chat to confirm and their answer was yes its 4 grates. They probably saw the number 4 in the part number that's why they answered with what I wanted to hear, that the $170US was for 4 grates. When I went back to complain, i told them to check their online chat history, they said that the online chat history doesn't indicate that, of course I never saw a copy of the online chat history, i should have kept a screen shot. Mrs Emma said that I can return that part no problem but i would have to pay shipping, so after paying $30US to have it shipped, plus $46CDN duty, it wanst worth it for me to return it. Moral of the story, read the reviews, and be careful with this company. They make it sound like they are based all over, ie: Canada, UK, but they are not and their online staff is not trained to answer your questions.

I ordered a mullion for my refrigerator repair. It ended up being the incorrect fit. On the return, there was a problem with how much the return postage should be. Jovana of the customer relation team stuck with me for over five email exchanges until we came up with a solution. I appreciated being listened to and a solution I found fair arrived at.

Tip for consumers:
Be sure you know the part number. There are so many parts and the people on the line are not knowledgeable on the thousands of parts they have in stock. Good quality parts, though.
