I check it now. So its nice service for designers. I used it to get more unique variants of logo. The regular price is $20 per one extended license in "Premium Graphics for Design of Logotype". But it is good to get 10 downloads by promo code. I see that its new deal. So actually to use in design with discounted price: $10 ~ 10 vector images from catalog. Extended license is included in this offer - cool. The choice of images is not wide. I was able to download some images for cosmetics, biometry, some ornaments and other unique symbols to use in logotypes. The extended license is good to working with rights for design the logo. Here price is chipper than in other marketplaces.
First they give a $#*! about you, i bought 7 codes from Accuranker from them, for each 39$, so a total sum of 273$ and another 49$ package. After one month (!) they booked the money back to my CC and closed my account, then they want pictures of the cards with my ID, so i sent it to them, but they never answered to my 20 mails or even tried to find a solution, it is a $#*! company rabbit hole where you better should not put in your money or buy any package from them, cause you never know when they just cancel it, where you supposed to already work with that tool. I will now sue them.
For awhile I though they were alright. Some of the sellers do not have very good software but AppSumo posts their 60 day refund policy everywhere like they have your back but they don't.
It's about 50/50 on purchasing a good software but that is somewhat expected. AppSumo should set quality standards and testing in various areas but it they do, I can't tell.
Then they don't want to give refunds, they credit your account which it total BS. While that is probably ok for frequent buyers the buyer should always at least be given a choice or it should be returned to the custimers payment method. Store credit is not a refund. Come to think about it, the FTC pused for laws to be put in place for misleading wording and similar such shady business practices which were put in to law a few years back. I will be sure to make a complaint with them and Attorney General.
In the past I had to go through the trouble of contacting AppSumo which is a pain in the A@# to refund me properly and let them know I did not want their credit.
This last time alost 2 weeks now they have not refunded and are not answering support.
This is what one would expect with dealing with Junkie strung out drug addicts who run a business. While I can't say that that is what they are up to I can certainly express to them that it is the image they are portraying of themselves!
Tip for consumers:
I'm not sure why they went on a downhill spiral but at the very least I won't purchase through them anymore for a while until they get their act back together and will never give them my business again if they don't!

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH APPSUMO!
Despite what product they are hawking current, know that if anything goes south, Appsumo will NOT back you up. They are in it *only* for the money. I have been going back and forth with their support for quite a while now just to process a refund for credit based on COMMENTS THE BUSINESS OWNER MADE and they refuse to honor my purchase. Anything promises made in the comments by the owner of the deal are NOT something that Appsumo will stand behind. Please don't make the same mistake I made. Buy the deal if you like what you see but do NOT BUY THIS DEAL OR ANY OTHER BASED ON COMMENTS OR PROMISES MADE IN THE COMMENTS.
For someone who has bought 30+ deals since you were only a few months old, you've lost a long time customer. Shame on your AppSumo.

So, based on the comment, I tried to redeem my offer. Nightmare. TOTAL $#*!ING NIGHTMARE. And does Appsumo stand behind me. Nope. Couldn't give a $#*!.
