Apptheme's business these days consists of selling outdated, broken WordPress themes developed years ago & avoiding providing any type of support whatsoever. This is the literal definition of a scam. If you purchased one of their themes, file a chargeback with your credit card company. Don't let these frauds get away with stealing your money.

We were huge fans of their products years ago and had much success with them. Then, everything changed for the worse. The sites started breaking and there was no support, or updates that would work or anything. Just hugely disappointed with them. Don't waste your time or money with them.

They are the worst, they do not provide support at all, if I ask for help, they tell me to go to forums and as for help as they only provide community support which they do not have a community and them not so popular to have a lot of people in the community to help each other, I miss to read it, but the website looks professional and at least they should have minor support and fix the bugs of the products they have instead totally ignore the clients that pay monthly fees, I did pay yearly and can't get a refund, I totally regret it!

The HireBee theme is full of bugs. You don't even know where to begin. They take forever to reply to support issues and when they finally reply, they have no clue.

Afraid that the Vantage theme has proven to have so many problems since I bought it 8 months ago that I'm running out of money. I'm pretty savvy with websites having built 5 of my own. It was advertised as being simple but it's anything but! Even my web developer is frustrated with it. I had the original Vantage Theme 1 with no problems for 4 years but this new version 4 is driving me crazy. Their Support Team is slow and delays are caused by them repeating same instructions and not receiving log in details through private messaging. My business is losing money as the site is not functioning as a directory. Lesson learned!

Everything they do is develop single feature of a theme as a plugin or as a child theme and try to play your money. The original theme never gets updated. Once developed and sold on the market, it never gets updated. Go somewhere else because there are more theme /plugin markets who care about your money and make sure you get what you pay for.

Company is a load of rubbish. Don't touch with a bargepole. The main coder is some russian idiot that couldn't code for anything. Themes are full of bugs along with zero customer support.

Do yourself and your pocket a big favour. Avoid like the plague.

Stay away from App Themes - I purchased the produce a year ago to power our classifieds. Instantly, thousands of scammer accounts signed up for it, so clearly they have a reputation among the fortune tellers, whiskey sellers, and viagra's of the world. But more discouraging is about a year later, basic theme functions stopped working - such as displaying images. I asked for help, and they said since my subscription was expired they couldn't help me. So I renewed their subscription and it still didn't work. I asked for help and they just gave me the run around. It's a joke - stay away from this one!

It has very bad support, try to avoid, and do not buy from them as no support is included.
They provide no support when you buy anything from them.

These are unprofessional scammers who have rigged their themes with bugs so that you can hire them to rectify their own bugs. My company purchased Hirebee theme and other themes in a package called Club on June 7th. Today, June 20th, we have not got Hirebee to work. It has been one bug after another for two weeks. There is no documentation. There is no way to edit words --you have to change the code. The rigid pre-made form is unchangeable. If you ask, they rudely tell you to re-write the code. There are unexplained error messages all over the place. The last straw came when we found that email communication from employee to freelancer was not going through.
We sent support request: "No email communication is going to the freelancer. Email reset link, proposal selected update not going through."

This was their reply: "Check your server error and mail server log for clues why the emails are not sent. You can ask your webhost support for the location of the log."

This is unbelievable. Our email system is working perfectly, and is receiving emails from all sorts of places. What would be so unique with Hirebee template that it is the only one whose email does not go through in our email server? It is AppleThemes which has the responsibility to design their email system in a way that it can work with all email systems, not us to tweak our server to suit Appletheme bugs. To demonstrate how illogical their reasoning is, our testing as employer are coming through via the same email server they are telling us to check its error log. Why would the email server deliver employer test emails but not freelancer? Save yourself a lot of headaches and get another theme.
