As a first-time customer, I have to say that Aquatica Plumbing Group is the company with the best customer service I've ever experienced! From the first contact I made, asking for more details down to the delivery, they offered excellent insights, tips, and helped me with every inquiry. I haven't installed the tub yet, but it looks exactly as advertised and I am very happy with my purchase. Unless there's a leak when we fill it up, I can say that it was one of the most seamless shopping experiences I've ever had. I recommend Aquatica both for their quality products and excellent customer service! The main drawback is that I cannot brag anymore about having never written a review, but this experience was beyond my expectations, so I had to!

We've been redoing the en suite bathroom in our New York penthouse for a while now, but we were very divided with the tub choices. We had a black and gold theme going for the room and needed something that would stand out but also have a humble feel to it. Our contractors were helpful and tried to find the right tub for us, but it was through a chat on the Aquatica website that we decided that this Illusion freestanding tub was the right one for us. The staff at Aquatica know their products so well and were very attentive to their customers. I would recommend working with them, if it's high end and quality that you're looking for. Our en suite bathroom is the star room in our penthouse now.
We've recently bought the Purescape 171 Mini for our new bathroom and we are beyond delighted! I was very impressed with the quality of the tub itself. I am quite tall, so naturally, I was worried about how comfortable it would be for me, so I was overjoyed when I realized that I could actually stretch out in this tub! We are so glad we made this investment, it looks stunning in our bathroom. Customer service was by far one of the best I've encountered so far and it was definitely worth it. Anyone looking for a comfortable and ergonomic bathtub should definitely go for the Purescape 171 Mini! It is worth every single penny and then some!
I bought a stone bathtub - Fido - from Aquatica. The site contains detailed information about the products as well as installation instructions that are available online and useful design tips. There is a photo gallery to each product so you can get an impression of different colors and different designs of the bathroom with the same tub. I got excellent advice from the costumer service it saved me a lot of money in the renovations. The bathtub was reasonably priced and the order arrived even earlier than expected.
