I ordered an AquaTru in November 2016. My box arrived with a huge dent in the box. Fortunately, the system was well protected with very sturdy materials. The setup was very easy and fast. Nothing complicated.
This RO system requires much less maintenance work. The most important is to FULLY empty the tap (unfiltered) water tank after each filtering cycle. Also, I clean the tank with a clean toothbrush and vinegar every other week. In the manual, it says to clean the tanks every week but as far as you don't see any sediment build up or even algae growing, I guess every other week is OK. Of course, change filters as needed.

Tip for consumers:
You can order additional unfiltered water tanks as well (not only filtered water tanks) but you have to contact customer service first.
