DwayneD has helped me find the perfect flights for a multi country trip. He was a good listener and understood my preferences and dislikes and found the flights I am very happy with. He acted professionally, empathetic to my needs, and proficient in his execution. I will never ever book a flight with them. They collected money from me for two first class tickets to Europe. The airline canceled the flight and booked us two economy class tickets( bc they sold our first class seats the last minute, much more expensive). I asked for the refund, the difference between First and economy class. They never helped me and told me to contact the airline to get my money. After days and weeks of going back and forth, the airline sent $143/ ticket refund ( we all know that is not the difference between First class and economy class) TO AGANGRANT and not me. They kept the money for months and never told me about it until I found out. I also paid $700 something for insurance when I booked the trip but they said that doesn't work if the airline cancels. They are fraud and I will stay away from them! This was the second time I booked my trips with them. The first time everything was smooth with no problem. But if there is any problem your money will be wasted! I paid extra money to the agency to avoid any problems but I lost my money dealing with them

I will never ever book a flight with them. They collected money from me for two first class tickets to Europe. I booked a flight and paid for insurance 4 months in advance. Turns out I need surgery. The flight was over $700 and with the insurance, I am supposed to receive $78. The cost of the insurance was about $60 - total ripoff. Find your flight someplace else!

Tip for consumers:
You wait on hold approximately 38 minutes before someone answers. They are nice on the phone, just worthless in helping. It would have been less expensive to buy a first class ticket.

If you ever provided them your personal information, they will send you constant text messages, phone calls and emails for unrequested travel indefinitely. I even tried to call them to stop. Failed. Now I get emails from (Hertz <*******@arangrant.com>), (Anthony <*******@arangrant.com>) etc. You call them and they will say, "ahh sorry, I will tell my colleague to stop calling you." Their business is not just deceptive, they will violate your do not call and unsubscribe requests.

I bought an international ticket from them and am out thousands of dollars because they made the reservation by adding my middle initial to my first name. I tried for months to get this fixed with AranGrant. They didn't do it and the airline told me they would not be able to let me board due to the name not matching my passport. Their customer service is no help and is misnamed. Should be customer abuse department.

Harrison, agent, was easy to work with and professional in the services he provided for acquiring business class tickets to Italy. Some other agents were not as helpful when we decided to plan another trip to Europe. Hence, we went with another vendor.

Booked two Business Class flight roundtrip tickets from SFO to MNL, and they're not seated next to each other. I booked them as a couple (husband and wife). Is it too much to ask after spending $3,600 each ticket to book them next to each other? After checking in and going to the ticket counter, the airline couldn't switch seats either, so we spent the 13+ hours sitting apart, which is not ideal. Arangrant did nothing to help us after repeated contacts to their customer service.

Based on our investigation, we have successfully assigned seats 5E and 5G from Manila to San Francisco thru the airline’s website and these are confirmed on our end. However, it appears that this was not provided by the airline at check-in due to unknown reasons. This happen some times due to airline operational requirements that is now beyond our control. I think all these reviews are completely fake and paid for!

Learn from my mistakes! Do not use this company! They will be incredibly unhelpful, and they sell unethical tickets that WILL cause you trouble!

Their business class tickets are also semi fraudulent. They won't give you free luggage, or lounges, so you're really only paying for your seat, not the whole experience. I booked a flight from London to San diego, my first flight was a fraudulent business class ticket, I had to paid for my baggage, no lounge use, no priority. My second leg was economy with zero upgrades or anything included.

If you have to contact customer good luck. They didn't return my calls for 3 days, and their support staff were international and couldn't understand my issue. Instead they were agressive and unhelpful and hung up on me multiple times. I wanted to cancel my second flight but they couldn't because it was part of my first flight, even though I had a 20 hour layover. When I called, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive.

Seriously, I don't know how anyone has had a good experience. I think all these reviews must also be fraudulent.

I had used Arangrant several times in the past without problems, but this last autumn, because of some problems, in an email of 10/08/22, they agreed to refund me approximately $600. This never happened and now, almost 4 months later, they ignore my inquiries and refuse to respond to my emails.!

Update on 11/19/2023:
After contacting all parties involved and filing a number of complaints with all collected artifacts, I managed to fix this on my own, WITHOUT any help from Arangrant.

Arangrant finally emailed me between 10-11pm on Saturday night telling me that their team had "diligently forwarded" my request to the appropriate department and were waiting for their response, after I was promised a 5-10 hour update on Wednesday (between 1-0-11pm). They again asked me to be patient and wait for a comprehensive update within the next 1-3 business days.

Keep my rating for the horrendous experience.

Previous:
TL;DR: Bought business class round trip, Spent 5-6k but my return trip is only Premium Economy. Contacted Arangrant many times, but the issue still stays unsolved. Assured to hear from them in 6-10 hours in last contact, but it is 23-24 hours ago. Do NOT waste your Money with Arangrant, not to mention the unnecessary hassles and stress.

I bought a business class round trip through Arangrant recently. The class for the ticket is displayed as business class for both outbound and inbound trips when I booked the ticket on their website. My returning trip (AA8496) class is R. I was told it is Business Class by AA, but only Premium Economy by JAL, by the airline companies. As it is operated by JAL, I was told by JAL that they can ONLY allow me to pick an Premium Economy seat.

It is Arangrant's responsibility to find out this and disclose to their customers since they booked tickets on the customer's behalf. There is NO way for us to find out this on our own since we are only able to see what's on their website when we booked the ticket. If I knew the return flight was premium economy, I would never have bought such a ticket.

I paid 5573.80 for the round trip ticket. The ticket price also went up a lot between the time I booked it and now. I am exposed to financial loss as well as other risks now, due to the inconsistent and fraudulent information on their website.

Also, do not even bother to contact the "*******@arangrant.com" email that their agent replied under lots of the negative reviews. I already sent emails to that account, and NO ONE replied.

I will report this to the customer protection agency and talk to a lawyer to seek legal resolutions. And I encourage anyone who got screwed up by Arangrant to file official complaints to this company through the customer protection agency or talk to your lawyer.

Travel agents are liable to their customers if they present fraudulent misrepresentations.

Let's work together to report these misconduct of Arangrant, to prevent more victims like us in the future.
