This jumpsuit is the most comfortable and flattering piece of clothing I have ever owned! My husband approves The choker necklace is also amazing. I get compliments every time I wear it. Always satisfied, will def be back for another jumpsuit (or three)!
I ordered a citrine pendant necklace online for $35 and received a fake orange plastic pendant. I attempted to contact them immediately for a return via live chat, e-Mail and phone and received no response. So I went to dispute the charge with the credit card company and return the necklace to them that way and all of a sudden this company responds to Bank of America disputing my dispute

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY LAVENDER ARIA JUMPSUIT! It is by far the most comfortable outfit I own the color is beautiful and the material is so soft. It fits perfectly... not to mention I get compliments on it everywhere I go! I love it so much I bought one in charcoal grey and one in black... I can't wait! My charcoal greyjumpsuit is coming today and I just ordered one in pink petal, it will be here next week... couldn't resist the sale and got to use my Aria Rewards for$25 off! Thank you Aria Lattner!

My mom in law ordered me the Rhianna choker for Christmas… they sent an empty box. My mother in law complained and sent them pictures of the empty box/tracking info. They sent an apologetic email and a credit on a gift card. I purchased new items with the gift card and one item was received but when I went to open the second box, once again they sent an empty box. Whoever is in charge of quality controls is a failure. How does this happen twice? It's pathetic and embarrassing. My only experience with this company has been terrible. To me it seems like a scam. Take your $ and send empty boxes. Do not shop here.

Do not order jewelry from this website. No quality controls obviously. Twice they sent boxes with no items inside.

I purchased a jumpsuit from Aria Lattner. Purchases come with a refund guarantee, and I would not have purchased if they didn't, since I wanted to try the jumpsuit for size and suitability. The day it arrived in the mail, I tried it on once, it didn't suit me, and within the hour I emailed asking to go ahead with the return/refund.
Aria Lattner didn't respond. I had to follow up numerous times. When I was finally given a return postal address and sent the item back at significant cost to me, they initially claimed they hadn't received it, even though I got a notification email from the postal service saying they had. Then they sent me a photo of the item with a black mark on it (impossible, since I literally took it out of the package, tried it on carefully once, then popped it straight back in). They claimed it was in 'unsellable condition'. It absolutely was not. After much back and forth, they refunded me 50% of the cost, and then stopped responding to emails.
I am out of pocket a large amount of money for the postage and the item cost.
These people are complete frauds. The irony is that they tout themselves as an 'ethical' company. What a joke. They are nothing but crooks.
