I ordered front and rear mats in gray for my Nissan. First, took a month and got 2 rear matts then, took 2 weeks to get an RMA to send back, still need the 2 front matts. Next, they sent 2 front matts in black and one of them was for a Dodge Challenger and wrong year. Customer Service - Worst that I have ever experienced... TERRIBLE. I seriously have no idea how they can stay in business.

Purchased an Aries product from one of their distributors Stainless nerf bars SNB (a division of TruckXL, inc) The product was damaged upon arrival, actually looked to have shipped damaged as box was in good condition. After several calls to SNBI could not even get them to respond to requests for replacement so I called Aries Automotive and left several messages for the customer service rep responsible for SNB and never got a call back, This was three weeks ago. Sent an e-mail to their president Jeff Perez a week ago outlining the problem with SNB and his customer service staff and still no call back. So i am stuck with their defective product while I challenge the credit card charge.
