Stay away from this business they give you their oldest appliances when you contact them for something you've seen online. Mine was a used washer full of rust that caused itching to my daughters skin. They had a bunch of used washers which looked fine but when they delivered it the washer looked like an older washer, my husband noticed right away but I thought it would be fine cause they informed us of 3 month warranty and gave us a paper with three month warranty which is why I wasn't afraid at first to take the older looking one because if we encountered a problem we can exchange it well turns out they do not honor their three month warranty and when my husband offered to pay more to please replace the rusted one they refused and when I called myself to ask them why they wouldn't honor their 3 month warranty she said it's only if it's broken. They never stated that when they gave us the 3 month warranty we were informed if there was any issues or problems we have 3 months. Apparently their word changes. Very rude and disgraceful, the lady hung up on me for being upset at this situation instead of trying to resolve it. Despite offering more money to resolve this issue. Her name is Camille. Do not do business with this company. Horrible experience! Also, during our conversation they tried to make it seem like we caused the rust after only a couple weeks of having it. Ridiculous. How come my other washers never had rust of it's because of us?
