I was in a hurry for some phone system parts. Atlas quickly fulfilled my order. In subsequent testing, all modules were in fine working order for a great price!
Not only do you pay retail for shipping, but if you need to return an item, you are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will need to provide return shipping. This means that you will lose 15% plus the cost of shipping, not including that you already paid for retail shipping initially. As for the products: they are satisfactory. I use a number of vendors for phones and accessories, Atlas is usually at the bottom of the list due to a number of business practices that are less than desirable. Shop smart. Read through all publications and guidelines before purchasing.
I needed a discontinued part, called Atlas and the person that answered was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Item came exactly when Atlas said it would. Really good experience dealing with this company

I do not write many reviews, but I have to say something about how well my experience with Atlas Phones was. Ordering the part online was straightforward and I was provided with confirmation instantly as well as an invoice and continual updates until the box was on my desk. My order was packaged within one-hour and shipped later that day. The prices were great too. What more can you expect from a supplier? Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Atlas Phones.

Ordered Faxfinder 440 to replace dead unit that I had a backup of. They were our of 440 and upgraded me to an 840 without letting me know ahead of time. Had I know they didn't actually have any 440 units I would have looked elsewhere to get one. The backups from the 440 are not compatible with the 840. I ended up keeping it and manually programming it so we could get everything up and running. They really need to better keep their inventory in sync with their website.

I was in the process of purchasing license and hardware for a Avaya phone system, I was ready to pay for equipment when they informed me they can not purchase Avaya license anymore and told we can not help you anymore. I worked for three days with Clyde to get this done. Steer clear of Atlas if you need license they are very unorganized.
