“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE”

SABIR K.
5/14/20

I have used the services of AHJ and in particular Stam Joseph who is the manager of that company since 2018. I was very reluctant initially, but Mr. Stam helped me out a lot, he's not only very helpful and kind but also very knowledgeable and the prices he offered me were the best that i could find locally or among other companies. I would highly recommend everyone try their services as I'm very satisfied and Mr. Stam is a wonderful person to work with. I was with ahj last 15 month I bought about 30 cars so far and willing to buy more from them. Sabir khan nz

“The most Fraudulent company I have ever dealt with in 60 years.”

Offered a car that fitted my needs and sent all the paperwork but it was fake, I sent the money to a Japanese bank account and then the virus hit and there was no contact for weeks. I expected the car to be ready to pick up but when I finally made contact they said the car was not available at all. An absolute scam, thieves liars and cheats, they use different names each time you make contact. These scumbags need sorting and soon, a lot of people have contacted me saying that they also have been scammed.

I searched for a used Japanese car but most of the local car dealers failed to convince me. When I looked online I came to know that Auction House Japan is the only one-stop solution for all my needs. They have made it possible for me to purchase the best quality car at an amazing price.

People beware! This is a fraudulent company and the Japanese Embassy, Bureau of Standards and their Japanese Chamber of Commerce should investigate cases of Fraud. My Relative remitted funds for a car and still awaiting car or Refund. Pack of thieves. I will retract my post when funds are refunded other than that I will write the Embassy and Auditor General and every Government organization and I will not stop until... Repay Please.

Avoid tis guys,
Was referred by a friend who bought the car from them. Made payment through an agent named Zahoor Abdul Wahab *******051 0R *******348 in the month of Sept 2020. No car was won. I asked for a refund now March of 2021. Its false promises after the other. Now I'm told he's got Covid and in Isolation which i suspect it's a lie. A lady named Emily Smith *******663 in Finance claims to have made the payment but nothing to prove their claims. Avoid this scammers. They'll give you nightmares.

I made payment of 50% Which was ($3,500) to AHJ early December and on 9th December they send me receipt confirming that they had received the cash. I have all proof of payment.

My account manager calls himself Sam Jordan +81 80 4280 8134. Am sure that is a fake name.

Once they received the payment they sent me other pictures for the car and communicated for one week.

Then he said he was taking chrismas vacation and would be back by 26th of December! That was trhe last time he responded to my whatsapp.
I see him online but hever picks up my call.

I think AHJ are scammers and thieves.

They should be blacklisted in the whole africa.

August 2020 i was recommended by a friend who had successfully purchased a car with them. So i had no reason to doubt. I opened up an account with them and i was contacted on WhatsApp by a one Muhammad Ismael who said he's my handler. We bargained on a certain car that luked so gud for the price i was told. This guy cld contact me all the time, bt after i sent them my 2700 dollars, they went silent. And everytime i contacted him otn WhatsApp all he gave me were the lame excuses like "Ur car didn't pass inspection, holidays, shipping issues etc" weeks became monthly till wen i realized i was scammed. So those in Uganda, AHJ r thieves, deal with them at ur own risk

These guys are not even Japanese.
They are Pakistani fraudsters.
They will pretend to come to you with different names like Alvin Fernandes and Lee Murphy. They make up such realistic stories. They will give you all the attention when you show intention to buy, with a brilliant sales pitch, once you have paid the money, they freeze and suddenly disappear. When you do an online lookup, they seem so legit, but they are not. I ordered a car, paid $7500. After receiving my payment, they just disappeared. Would not answer my call, phones, emails.
Through some influence I managed to freeze their bank account, then finally after 5 months they sent my car. The car they sent was not what I had ordered.
It was of different color, and cheaper price.
These guys are Frauds, they do not even possess a vehicle trading or exporting license.

Please stay away, Beware.

Beware of Roheet Mukeshi and Auction House Japan. No. Experienced.

He worked at MDK corparation and was my agent there. That's where I met him.
In February 2020, he contacted me, and said he was at the largest used car sales company in Japan. I spoke with my service colleagues who wanted a car and sent *******usd in March 2020. The *******usd was for 7 cars.
You didn't send me the cars and you don't answer my calls. Sometimes call me and say nothing. Please be very careful with this deceptive Roheet Mukesh. For anyone who has contact details for the owner of Auction House Japan, please send it to me. Auction house japan is dangerous.

Hey everyone!

I urge you never to buy a vehicle from those thieves! My experience was a nightmare. It took them 6 months to send me a car that was not what I initially bought and they lied about everything. Robert and Peter ( so they called themselves) are real daylight thieves. They are running a ponzi scheme. They market the same vehicle to everyone and once you send your money to them they give an excuse about the vehicle and they promise to get you another. I know because I round up a few people and they pretended that they wanted to purchase a vehicle. They were all sent the same pictures and promised the same vehicle. These people will steal your money, eventually they will send you a vehicle of their choice. The one I got was badly damage on the outside and they gave a discount and eventually revoke it. Please save yourself the peril, buy from other places like BEFORWARD,

This place is a scam! A clear scam! *DO NOT BUY*We selected a vehicle we like from a reputable agent recommended to us by a popular car dealer. He showed us a car, we loved it and started making payments. The agent left the company and we were told by the new agent Robert that the car promised to us was no good, did not work instead he offered us a crappy cheap replacement that he claimed cost more than the original one. Bait and switch! They have our money and are now trying to pawn any peice of junk on us. I demanded a refund which he claimed would take 3 months, this was in May, I am yet to receive a refund or communication from him concerning my refund. The company itself is a sham and does not answer or reply to phone or email. I now have to go through the trouble of contacting the Japanese embassy, the car dealer association of Japan, PayPal, the banks and the international fraud unit. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will bait you with something you want and then claim it's out of stock! He is yet to respond about my refund.

We made a payment from June and wants a refund and is only getting empty promises not refund no car.
Let me share what happen in May we were interested in buying a car and was advised by someone about #AuctionHouseJapan
In June we spoke to elon or aldon Adams who showed us something we liked in our price range. We send half of the money in June, he use to call everyday after they got the money there was no further calls from them nor did they answer, we had to use the person who recommend to call them, then that's how we would get them a month later saying that the vehicle did not pass inspection and they are going to send us a more expensive on which they think is good for us, without speaking to us and giving us a chance, we said no we don't like that one and why didn't you tell us before what was happening you break our trust and we don't like what you choose for us we want our money back. The guy said ok send email to their support group still no response, we still had to call the person who referred us to call that's how we got a response, and until now no refund they said send all the banking info to process your refund and until today nothing a accounts manager Sheldon said he would help, all now nothing. So I am warning everybody this company is a scam not number for any accounts department, no follow up, no honest, just plain crooks.

BUYER BEWARE! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I wanted to buy a mazda CX-5. Long story short I identified a suitable vehicle, they said it failed inspection, they pretended to be repairing or looking for a replacement and went quiet after me wiring KES 200,000 (USD 2000) as a deposit.
Deal with them if you want to be lied to, stressed, ignored and stolen from. Their website looks all put together but they are bad business. In addition they are not members of the Japan Used Motor Vehicles Association. Therefore if the deal goes south you are on your own.

I have been scammed by this so called company ahj in the sum of $4333. 25. In 2019jan, June and August, I sent money as attached on the acknowledgement emails from ahj that they received my money for the 4 cars I wanted. Brian their chief thief agent, since they received the money, I never heated from them. Ahj and management, blocked my calls.

On 9th July 2020, after posting on trust pilot, ahj reprensentative, Jake Dillon of number *******896, called me and said they will send the cars. I explained that I don't need cara from them as I know either they will faulty cars and not send papers at all, he agreed that they will refund me around the 14th July, 2020. These people, have and are still continuing to give me a run around. I just need my money back and I will leave them in their peace of scamming people and stealing innocent clients.

From thereon, they just read my messages, they don't take my calls and this is so frustrating.

I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE NOT TO DEAL WITH auction HOUSE JAPAN, THE MANAGEMENT AND THEIR AGENTS.

I just need my refund that's all. $4333. 25 from THESE SCAMMERS.

Please help me get my money back from these people. They should not think because I am in Africa and they are in Japan they can get away with these.

I came about Auction house Japan (AHJ)as I was searching for a car to buy for my personal use from Japan online in January 2020. I met a sales men who eventually introduced me to one Mr Robart. Before I made any payment, nice photos of lowly priced cars were sent to me through Whats up and 100% guaranty buy car no delay. For while have I know that this was a trap!

Troubles began when I deposited ******* JYN(2500 euro) on 17th of January 2020.The agreement was to purchase the car and have it delivered at Limasol port by March. Nothing was done! Mr Robert is one fraudulent person at AHJ, first he started by making excuses and excuses. Promises after promises. Bids for a car and comes back with excuses(bidding team not available. In the night conform bid everyting ok 100% sure win car. Next I asked for result he just disappear 3 days later answer me he did not bid. I was shocked what a lie)... the price is high, the translation team are looking at the engine... the car is in a faraway port... none of the cars at auction is of good quality... only few cars are coming in auction. Fraudulent Robart bid a car 5 tiems during 5 weeks and did not win.

As at today, the car has not been bought, car was on the one price which is buy from direct dealer I told him okay i will pay more buy from them but he did not give me so much excuses (bidding team, price high, ect ect. Eventually I said to him i don't want car any more give my deposit back from them he disappear. I send mail no respond. On whats up no respond, call no answer.

So fraudulent Mr. Robert and the company that they have now blocked my telephone number, my calls can't reach them unless I call using a different phone number. Their contact tab in their website is inactive and therefore you cannot reach them through email address, the only way you can reach AHJ is through watsup! And on whatsup no respond at all.

All I want is my refund, i will be contacting the following entities to assist me recover my funds incase I do not get my funds by next week.
1. JUMVEA
2. Tokyo Chamber of Commerce Industry
3. Embassy of Cyprus in Japan
4. Embassy of Japan in Cyprus
5. I will post every single social media I know. Every forum I know in Europe and Asia
I will be posting here at a later date of the happenings and progress.

Bottom Line: Do not risk your hard-earned cash with Auction House Japan. Very fraudulent company!

These guys are a pak of cunning rogues. They will lure you with a car with all the details you will want to see. It was exactly what happened to me. This guy who I am sure had a fictitious name by the name of Stanley Dean possibly operating from Pakistan sent me pre inspection auction document of a 4.5 grading. Everything seems legitimate and also gave a local contact number who was his previous client. I rang the number and the guy on the end sounded genuine stating he had several cars through him without problems. So sent half deposit towards the vehicle. The problem started with excuses of covid and the bad weather in Japan. It was nearly 10 weeks later I was told the vehicle will not pass compliance in New Zealand because it did not have ESC. I was surprised because the original document stated it had ESC. They including the Regional manager of AHJ rang me confirming the absence of ESC hence ineligibility for export. I made enquires giving the vin number through to the local vehicle agent and was informed that the vehicle had a equivalent system called DSC hence eligible for importation. I started to smell a rat, my calls were not responded despite receiving text stating not to worry, a replacement car with ESC will be sent, I was sent a fresh sets Pictures and details of vehicles but all at a higher price. I decided to ask for my deposit back but was told it would take time and was advised to get the replacement instead. I made some enquires through my contacts in Japan, the response I got was that the guys in AHJ are pack of liars and cheats and the advise was to keep away from them. The place they are operating from, appears to be non existent as a business, I tried calling the number it never gets answered, other regional offices were the same. My next move was to talk to my bank and they sent a request for a refund as I had not received my goods. Two days later I had a call from a Regional Manager who called himself Steve Miles, again a fictitious name. I am sure he is of Pakistani Origin rang me and offered a full refund acknowledging Mr Stanley Dean's deceptive behaviour. He then requested that I withdrew my original complaint from the bank if I wanted my money back. I rang my bank and told them the condition that was set if I wanted my money back. Two days I had a call followed by an email with an attached refund slip, it had a name, it was Muhamad Taha hence I believe he is a Pakistani. I googled the name a similar name also worked for SBT. I suspect it is the same guy. This company also has another similar business called Autorod. Anyway, I did what he requested but only after I received my refund. I have since had several calls requesting that I withdraw the original complaint. Since I received the refund I did inform my bank to withdraw my complaint but wished now I didn't after reading all the bad experiences innocent people that this company had deceived. I am in the process of letting the Japanese government agencies aware and investigate on this non Japanese group operating from Japan, bringing discredit to Japan and the Japanese people. Lesson learnt:
I am now careful as to who I am dealing with and will not part with money unless there is a third party involved such as JUMVEA.
