I buy and sell cars regularly to support myself and my family, and I can without a doubt say that autobidmaster is a great asset and commodity in the business. Any time there has been an issue, either the owner or the office manager (Lana) has called me directly to make sure the issue was handled to my satisfaction. They have always done what they've said and been honest and helpful, and I wish more companies were like this. Frfr, thank you guys for your services.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this car auction platform. It's as if they take pride in being painfully slow at everything they do, especially when it comes to overseas buyers like me. First off, their response time is beyond abysmal. It's like shouting into a black hole and hoping for an echo. Days would pass before I'd hear anything back, and by then, I'd forgotten why I contacted them in the first place. Processing anything on this platform feels like a torturous journey through molasses. Simple tasks that should take minutes somehow stretch into hours or days. It's like they're working with a team of sloths on sedatives. And let's not even talk about their penchant for delay tactics. If you're an overseas buyer, brace yourself for a masterclass in procrastination. It's like they have a competition to see how long they can keep you waiting for that crucial information or document. All in all, I wouldn't wish this car auction platform on my worst enemy. If you value your time, sanity, and the ability to complete a transaction within a reasonable timeframe, run as far away from this platform as possible. It's a slow-motion nightmare.
They unnecessarily charge you and don't care about you as a customer. Please do not fall for the trap. I was charged for requesting refund for my deposit, they mentioned it was bank charges and I agreed, there was a mistake and the amount was not refunded and they initiated the refund again and they charged me double this time. Why would I be responsible for the mistake made by autobidmaster team and instead of a compensation they charge be double for re-initiating the transaction? Wth!

I wish I can give them ZERO STARTS. After I won the bid, they charged me an extra $550 for additional fees which they NEVER showed it to me in the break down invoice. Because they knew that I can't back off from the bid. After all, they sold me a JUNK car without telling me what was the real issues with the car.
They blamed it on copart which even worse than them. Don't trust what they tell you.

AutoBidMaster is kind of a SCAM. It take a long time to get car title and car delivery is so slow that it makes no sense to make a deals with salvage cars. Add hidden fees and just forget about this trash company.
Tip for consumers:
It will be better to go directly to Copart.

I recently participated at Autobidmaster online auto auction, and I must say that I had a ridiculous experience. To begin with, I was attracted to the auction because of the low prices advertised, but when I won the bid, I was hit with several hidden fees that were not mentioned during the bidding process. These fees were exorbitant and increased the overall cost of the car significantly.
To make matters worse, I was unable to pick up the car immediately, and the auction charged me additional storage fees for every day that the car remained on their property. I was shocked to learn that these storage fees were also not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions.
Overall, my experience with Autobidmaster auto auction was a complete nightmare. I felt cheated and misled by the hidden fees, and the additional storage fees were just the icing on the cake. I would never recommend this auto auction to anyone and advise others to be cautious when participating in online auctions.
Tip for consumers:
better to check out Copart

These people are crooks. If I could give negative stars, I would. They don't tell you the fine print until after you've committed to what your are buying. Expect to have many "fees" added, the one that really got to me is the hefty delivery fee from the only option available to choose from which happens to be their "recommended" delivery service (you can't go pick it up yourself so this is forced). Turned the $1800 car that I was going to buy into a $4000 car very quickly after all the bull$hit was over with. Not only that, but just like many others would do… I backed out after seeing all the added fees, but wait! Theres more! The "Relist" fee is $949. I wouldn't recommend this company to a crack addict on the corner of the street.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service from AutoBidMaster. They not only met but exceeded my expectations. Support on the site, took the time to answer my questions and share their thoughts and experiences. There was no pressure from the sellers, only a desire to help. I recommend!
Excellent service.
We found our new car there quickly, the choice is decent and interesting.
I would like to express special thanks to the managers who were with us until the end of the registration process, helping to solve all the issues.
Be careful if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle through autobidmaster. They falsely advertise the condition of some of the vehicles and will leave you screwed after they receive payment. I do not recommend using this company, in my opinion it's a joke and should be shut down! I will be taking legal action.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them.
AutoBidMaster - a legitimate Copart broker. If there is any problem, you can also contact Copart with it, as there are many cases where AutoBidMaster could not help, the problem was on Copart's side. We do not advertise lots. Our interest is in keeping correct, real and verified information about the lot.
After several purchases I've ran into the same old schemes from them. With every way possible they try to get more money from you by adding storage fees to the transportation delays they are responsible of. Every time I've paid the invoice they come up with extra transportation cost or storage fees. First car was delivered in 45 days, 2nd and 3rd took 6 months and 4th is still not here, 7 months and counting. US to EU.
I purchase i truck the information of the truck said drive and run firs the delivery guy was very aggressive the truck don works o move at all we can even push o unloaded from the delivery truck i pay 4200 for trash i try to get my money back and the tell me can not get my money back because the rules of the auction i understanding but way i paid 600 dollars fee to the auction
I recommend this auction to everyone. Low prices, large selection of cars, quality support on the site. Very easy to choose a car. Very happy with your work!
I purchase a car from Copart/Autobidmaster. They presented a car with supposedly a Clean title, on the ClearVin report that they provide also everything is Clean, i took the title to DMV to get it transfer to me, to find out, this car being having a Total loss /Salvage title since 2018. Car also had some type of Fire and all this was Not Disclose to me
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them, STAY Far away from this company.
I recently purchased a vehicle from the Autobidmaster online car auction platform, only to discover that it was an absolute nightmare. The car I received was not only broken but had clearly been stripped of its essential parts, including headlights, sensors, and engine components.
First of all, let me express my outrage at the fact that the Autobidmaster online car auction allowed such a damaged and incomplete vehicle to be listed in the first place. It was evident that little to no inspection or quality control had taken place. How could they justify selling a car that was essentially a shell, missing vital components necessary for its proper functioning? It was a blatant disregard for the customers' trust and a clear indicator of the company's lack of integrity.
To make matters worse, the missing parts were not minor components that could be easily replaced. Autobidmaster included crucial elements like the headlights, sensors, and engine parts. These were not items that could simply be purchased off the shelf; they required specialized knowledge and expertise to source and install. The financial burden of repairing such extensive damage fell squarely on my shoulders, effectively turning my supposedly good deal into a costly nightmare.
What infuriates me the most is the suspicion that these missing parts were likely stolen from the vehicle before it was even listed for auction. It is unfathomable that the online car auction failed to address such a blatant act of theft. Their lack of accountability and failure to conduct proper inspections not only put unsuspecting customers like myself at risk but also enabled criminal behavior to go unchecked.
The customer service I received when I reported the issue was equally appalling. The Autobidmaster representatives were dismissive and unsympathetic, making it clear that they had no intention of taking responsibility for their negligence. I was met with indifference and brushed off with generic responses, leaving me feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a paying customer.
In conclusion, my experience with the Autobidmaster online car auction was nothing short of a nightmare. The broken car I received, stripped of its essential parts, clearly demonstrated the company's lack of quality control and integrity. The financial burden and inconvenience caused by their negligence are simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from the Autobidmaster online car auction to think twice and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reputable source.

Scam, won a bid for a vehicle for $2,200 after all there fees totaled out to $4,300. Not to mention, they have to deliver the car you can't pick it up if it's local. So that's another charge and they don't know when you'll receive your car nobody has updates when it'll be delivered. So just hope you don't have a life and have time to just sit around looking out the window for a tow truck. Also the place that's holding the car hits you with more fees because they are holding the vehicle. And they make u pay at time of delivery. Complete Joke I feel like I got scammed. Never again will I use this website. If you buy a vehicle make sure your able to spend up to $3000 more on top of what you thought you were paying.
Eugene was an outstanding agent because he understood the inconvenient circumstances that I've been going through on attempting to execute on releasing my funds to pay off my invoice. Have a happy and safe holidays Eugene, thank you
As a customer of Autobidmaster online auto auction, I had a truly terrible experience. From start to finish, it was nothing but frustration and disappointment. The website itself was clunky and difficult to navigate, with confusing menus and a lack of clear information about the cars available for auction.
When I did manage to find a car that I was interested in, the bidding process was a nightmare. The site was slow and unresponsive, and it was impossible to tell if my bids were even registering. I lost out on several cars that I was really interested in, despite bidding what I thought was a fair price.
When I finally did manage to win an auction, the car that I received was in much worse condition than I had been led to believe. It was riddled with mechanical problems and had clearly been in a serious accident, despite the listing claiming that it was in "good" condition. It was clear that the auction site had not done their due diligence in inspecting the car, and I was left with a lemon that I couldn't even sell for scrap.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using Autobidmaster online auto auction to steer clear. The process is frustrating, the website is difficult to use, and the cars themselves are often in much worse condition than advertised. Save yourself the time and hassle and find a different way to buy a used car.

I have brough a car to Georgia country with them. I paid everything online in advance. After car came, they forced me to pay again creating unreal invoise under "terminal handling fee" although I paid every customs duty and tax myself.
I wrote them about this. No-one cared it. Such a horrible company. I would never recommend them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not pay them anything in advance for shipping before they deliver your car.

I recently lost my wallet and later found it, i quickly cancel my debit cards and requested new ones. Few days later, i notice that my account was debited by this AutobidMaster LLC which i reported to my bank and i notice another debit again same from this people. My Bank reached out to them they refuse to respond. I reached out to them and was insulted by this agent called Yogin, He said they don't care and will not refund the monies debited from my account and that i cannot do any thing. This site is a scam and is stealing from people. I need help with the refund of all the money taken from my account $600, $100, $10.99, $130, $69. This all the money this people have been stealing from my account. I will make sure the world knows this people are scam. I have no service with them and they are trying to steal my money and above all insulting me on the phone and dropping the phone on me.
I've just been charged a $900 relist fee on a $1200 vehicle I couldn't by because they added so many fees after the auction. The total came to more than twice the cars price. I was given 3 days to wire the money over a weekend when banks are closed (they only except wire transfers, zelle, which has a money limit, and MoneyGram, also with a limit) Then after I asked them a few times to cancel the sale, I get emailed a $50 storage fee.The auction is misleading when it tells you what the total cost will be. I should have been suspicious when I noticed so many cars that were "sold at auction" kept ending up back for sale again. I would love to see what percentage of their profit comes from small-print fees and bogus charges. Honestly, I should have gone to CoPart directly (its where the cars are from anyway) and either by a clear titled vehicle, or pick from a reputable broker they have listed. Avoid this broker like COVID.
I did not even expect that it would be so easy and fast to issue a car, in fact it was absolutely no problem, I am satisfied. I was happy with it. Still, the company is smart, you can feel the high quality of service and loyal attitude to clients.
I am extremely disappointed and angry with Autobidmaster online car auction. After purchasing Toyota Camry SE 2023 from them, I discovered that the vehicle had hidden rear end damages that had been covered up by the seller at auction. When I brought this to the attention of Autobidmaster customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the cost of repairing these damages was estimated to be over $2760, which was a significant amount of money that I simply did not have. I felt completely cheated and betrayed by the dealership, and it is clear that they were aware of these damages and chose to deceive me in order to make a quick sale.
The Autobidmaster's lack of transparency and disregard for their customers' safety is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by their behavior and would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. Autobidmaster clearly do not care about their customers' well-being or satisfaction and are willing to do whatever it takes to make a profit, even if it means deceiving and cheating their customers.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Autobidmaster online car auction and would advise anyone looking to buy a car to find a more reputable and trustworthy used auto auction.

I had a fantastic experience with AutoBidMaster! The support team on the website was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process of purchasing a car from the US. The delivery of my vehicle right to my doorstep was seamless and hassle-free. The auction interface on the website was easy to use and made finding the perfect car a breeze. The prices for their brokerage services were very reasonable, and the selection of vehicles available through their auctions was impressive. Overall, I highly recommend AutoBidMaster for anyone looking to import a car from the US. Thank you for a great experience!
