“Swift and great services”

Received amazing services by this team and I'm so grateful for them. They make sure that their customers get a good vehicle even though the credit is poor and not that great. My credit was pretty bad but they somehow managed to get me a nice Nissan vehicle which waspretty amazing

“Full of ads (I need to pay for a credit score to send to the dealer?) also very misrepresentitive”

I'm not even sure what exactly to say except that I regret giving them my phone number. Here I was trying to apply for a private car loan, next thing you know, I have to schedule an appointment WITH a representative - but then get a message telling me that I am supposed to AT the dealership, and there is no where to cancel. What happened? It's like being funneled onto a one-way street that is going exactly somewhere I don't want to go. But what makes things really bad is that there are ads on their site trying to get you to buy things like credit reports and insurance to send to the agency - I kid you not, I haven't even bought a car yet and they are funneling me to car insurance agencies to make sure I have car insurance. But even worse was the ad telling me sign up for a week trial (for a $1 it appeared, but something like $30 a month afterwards) to make sure the loan company could get my credit score. I am beyond words at how sad I am that these people now have my info. In short, the site is (probably) great if you're okay with being funneled and paying for whatever as you want to get into some new/used car at a dealer. However, if you actually are looking to be treated with some professionalism and are looking for a car loan for a car outside of what appears to be having to go to each individual dealer to talk with someone, this site is probably not for you. I am so sad that I gave them my personal info. This site is a poster child of exactly why so many people are hesitant to divulge personal information
