Purchased the autoforward tracking service. What they don't tell you is that you NEED to have access to the target phone to add the tracking link. The defeats the entire purpose. They DO NOT mention this until you have actually purchased the package. Once that was found out, I requested a refund and after two weeks and many bull$#*! excuses, I still do not have a refund. These guys are crooks and you should avoid them at all cost.

I regretted contacting them for support they could only provide me few pictures and irrelevant informations on my husband's phone, Don't use them.
After using cocospy I'll recommend you contact a professional over them, cause they won't provide your relevant informations and always wants you to install their app on your targets device, I did installed on my husband's cell but all informations I could access wasn't up to pair and I wasn't satisfied with their features.
So I decided to contact a professional hacker to get everything done and thanksful to positive reviews I saw here about Edwinconsult, i never knew I could access any device I want with just the targets number and this service gave me remote access to all I ever imagined on my husband's phone just with his tel number I provided, I could easily see all his
Text messages, calls, WhatsApp messages, iMessages and emails on his phone. I never had to touch or install anything on his phone.

This company sells or reports to sell a tracking software with one on one support. No one on one support and no refund all I get is the same BS from Fran Farrera. This is a huge scam and covers multiple states.
Tip for consumers:
That this was a scam before I purchased it. everything looked legit, but it clearly is a well thought out and delivered scam. This company is making millions off of people in multiple states.
Products used:
Didn't because the products don't work. Shipping time because although I paid for 1 on 1 telephone support it didn't exist. and Their refund policy is posted and I read it but they don't follow it. There has been no refund only the run around via email. And everytime I reopen the complaint, and demand a refund, they close it
I purchased this product, and the same day was on the phone and email support because none of the features worked. I used only 1/2 day. I try so called and cancelled and asked for a refund. I followed up on my refund and was told I would not be getting one since I activated. So much for "100% Guaranteed to work!" "Risk Free, Guarantee"
