I think services like this are very valuable to bloggers and webmasters, with the caveat that google is catching on to this type of link exchange and there is the possibility of doing more damage to your site than good. I have some websites where I would love a service like this and others where I would stick to less crafty methods of boosting rank.
They allow users to delete links at any time so you can have a link On a site for 29 days then your link will be deleted removing your credits but giving the other webmaster a full refund. I would suggest doing the same as this is the only way to make this site fair.
