This was the most horrible car purchase experience I have ever faced. AutoNation Nissan Irving Sales Manager, Mark Mehta from whom I bought the car played cheap games at every step from showing the car, pricing, negotiating to financing and sold a display auto show car advertising it as a new car. After this experience, all the reviews they have, seems fake to us. He sold me a car with scratches interior all over the car and seat was torn. He put some material to make those scratches disappear at the time he showed car to me. When my son showed the car to his friends next day in sunlight they were shocked to see the condition of the car, they asked him whether the car is a new one or used one. When I approached Mark Mehta, he agreed to change the damaged parts of the car but he didn't give a decent response till last week. Finally I called him today and went to the showroom to get the status for the ordered parts. While I was waiting for Mark Mehta in the dealership, there was a customer, I think he was waiting to buy a car from the dealer. He asked me how was the experience after buying a car. I suggested him to do all the necessary homework and know all the stuff about the dealer before buying a car. Then listening to my conversation, one of the sales representative came up to me and behaved rudely and used indecent language and asked to get hell out of there. Now I am really afraid to go the showroom and get any service from the company for any future service problems, by seeing the way they dealt with me today. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE EVEN FOR OIL CHANGE
