Don't waste your time or money at this company. I should have seen all the warnings from various reviews. My experience is consistent with the warnings. I wanted to return a part that has "free shipping" and contacted customer service and was told I have to pay for the original shipping plus an additional shipping charge to return the item. This is just wrong! Complete rip-offs!

Be very careful with these clowns. Bought a universal compressor and bracket. They flat out refused to allow the items to be returned because they were part of a "kit". They were not, and if they were, nothing highlighted it on their site. Forced to work through a credit card dispute to resolve this. Really unbelievable - I was even willing to pay restock and shipping fees.
Return manager hung up on me when I told him I would dispute the charges. Classy company...
Also took 30 days to get the compressor. Terrible experience.
They advertise one price but deliver at another. I purchased a product for one total price. Later they called and claimed that there was a "price error" and needed to add 20% to the cost. I asked to speak to a manager and left a voice mail. Instead of getting back with me, they just canceled my order. This is false advertising, in my opinion. I wonder how often it works for them?
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! OK, so right off the bat this website seems on the sketchy side (none of the pictures even closely resemble the parts you are browsing through). Well your gut was right, they are not to be trusted! I called to verify that a part was in stock and could be shipped quickly as I was on a tight schedule. They "checked" and said it was in-stock ready to be shipped so I ordered it right then and there. A week later having not received it or any shipping conformation, I called (Fri. 11:00am) they said it would not ship till the following Mon. I explained that I was told it was in stock and I don't feel it is unreasonable to be shipped out today, since it was only 11:00. If not, I wanted to cancel my order. She put me on hold again then told me their supplier would not be sending the part until Mon. SUPPLIER?!?! What happened to the in-stock, ready to ship BS? Well then cancel my order. Sir, I don't have the authority to do that... Oh come on seriously? Then put me on the phone with someone who can!... Puts me on hold. Sir, our phone system is down you will have to call back later.
Was never able to cancel order and part is still not here. You have been warned.
