Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company

I have always received great service from APW. Their wonderful website and competitive pricing kept me coming back. Today was even better. The rep was genuinely interested in helping me and spent nearly one-hour with me (my insistence) looking for alternatives. He found me a much cheaper alternative when compared to the eBay part my mechanic suggested. He then gave me his extension number and encourage me to call him directly and he would try and apply an additional discount for any future purchases.

I ordered the Sedona Suede Dash cover for my '14 Mustang and it arrived in good time--sooner than expected--and it is lovely and very functional. It is easy to install and protects from the intense sun in the California desert where I live right now (it gets to over 120 degrees!). I was so pleased, I just ordered another one for my other car, a '12 Ford Fiesta. I would recommend this company to others.

Parts arrived in a timely manner and looked to be of good quality. Described as factory replacement, but technical found the front rotors to be 1" smaller diameter than factory. Customer service agreed to ship out replacement free of shipping, but wouldn't discount order even though I ordered correct parts. I explained that I would get charged twice for the same job because I needed to drive vehicle, but they refused. Thanks a lot for all the headaches. Won't use vendor again.

Why would a large company push the smaller shops out? They sent a letter stating they will no longer deliver parts. We can order them but must pick them up. Pricing is of course way more then other shops. Now your purchasing ATA and we still can't get parts delivered or good pricing. Why are you discriminating against the small businesses?

Called customer service about rewards points that didn't show up on my order? The girl seemed confused. Spent about 25 minutes on the phone. She took the first 5 minutes reviewing all the information on my account which had nothing to do with my call. Finally told her to stop all the verifications as I have not changed anything. She had to go to her supervisor several times to get suggestions/answers and I finally gave up and never did find out what happened to my rewards points. They just disappeared into cyberspace. Lost forever.

I ordered a window regulator for my wife's 2010 Ford Escape and after looking at other sites and no luck with local parts stores Auto Parts Warehouse was the cheapest by far and their photos of the product ensured that I had the right part the only issue and it was a small one is the part came in a box 4 times the size needed all in all a great experience would use them again in a heart beat.

Good price on this product and cools good it seems, solved my cooling problem for now. Very difficult to install with the inlet not removable like the factory one. Pulled it as a complete unit with the fan and radiator together. Very hard. Next time if I have to pull radiator fan will just remove the intake lower manifold first. Much quicker and do not have to work under the car long, just to remove fan electrical plug and the lower bolts holding it on. Removing the turbo piping and battery tray did not help at all.

Sent me the wrong parts. Take forever to return, they don't pay for shipping on core parts unless you go off on them. I would never order from here again to many issues and takes to long to process returns when they guarantee to send you parts that fit.

I had several Days and many emails and phone calls with Amazon trying to get a bumper molding strip that did not come with the rear bumoer cover I ordered from Amazon. Amazon was a failure to get the molding strip but your company aided me in getting the strip at a reasonable price. Your customer service rep was very efficient and I thank and commend him highly. Ordering was easy and efficient. Shipped and arrived much quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, I then realized that I ordered a very expensive Item that I could not use on my truck, my mistake, not theirs. Had to swallow my pride and request a return. From the time I sent my request until it was approved for return and RMA issued was less than 2 hours, no questions asked. Communication was efficient, thorough and professional. I will buy again from them for sure, but ensure I can use what I order!

It was hard to find the part I wanted, but when I finally figured how to do it it was GREAT! I love the discount points they give too. I would rather do my shopping over the phone, but this is good too. Since I figured out how to do it. I won't shop anywhere else for parts for my Chrysler Se bring Touring Convertible! Theyhave GREAT how -to videos TOO. I'm a woman and they do the videos where I could do it myself!

I paid $480 for a hood and fender. A month later they refund me $275. No communication at all. Dont know where the rest of my money is or my parts they supposedly had in stock

I've been a comparative shopper all my life! And after I wrecked by D-100 door I went online to purchase another one. Had a piece of paper and wrote down all prices for the door I could find online. Auto Part Warehouse saved me money by free shipping and handling as all their competition companys do. Not only that, faster shipping also!

Ordered using online system with correct car model and received a part for a different car. When I went to get it replaced, I was told that their system identified the wrong part number and they could not provide me with the proper part. They did refund my purchase but here I am 12 days after ordering and I have to start all over again. Poor service

My initial call was for assistance on an expired discount code. After such repeated difficulty my rep ARIES EXT#232 offered to place the order verbally WITH the same Online discounts as a courtesy. I had a great experience ordering my part. Gentleman was polite, courtesy, treated me with respect, yes Mr Larry and was very concerned about my needs. I used to always buy all sort of maintenance items from apw over the past ten years, and never had issues. Ordered a simple item, a sunshade that was in stock. I live in southern california about 20 miles from their HQ in carson and it took Two Weeks to receive it. Moreover, fedex delivered it to my neighbor instead who luckily recognized my name and dropped it off at my door. Never again.

I needed a tail light assembly for my Ford F150 truck that I could not get at any local parts house. I could only get it thru Ford. I found it at Auto Parts Warehouse on line for 1/2 the price,. I called and spoke to "Ren" and he assured me that it was the right piece. I ordered it on Tuesday, and the right part arrived on Saturday. I watched the video about how to remove and replace, and was able to do the work myself. I will order again From APW if the occasion arises. Thank you for saving me a lot of money and stress.

Total pain in the butt experience, wrong parts out of stock bad customer service etc. not going to waste anymore energy on this place even typing to explain how much bull it was to deal with. Not recommended!

Ordered a replacement part for my truck. The site was easy to navigate and order. But within an hour I started getting emails for the company on purchasing other items. Sales adds basically. I just want to order my part and not get extra emails. I get enough junk in box mail everyday don't need more. The order was completed very easy but wish you could look up something or buy something on the Internet without getting bombard with adds I do not want.

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago. No shipping information YET!. No response to my email asking what is happening. FRAUD?

Order power window motor and regulator for my automobile. Had problem making order. Called in person, because i had made order before with no problem. Got good assistance from the rep helping me. Took care o the issue and in no time my order was done. Very good service. Thank you Jose
