The RC car from babytimesoriginals is one of the coolest RC cars I have seen yet. My husband won't stop playing with it. But. I bought it for our grandson for Christmas. He is 8 years old and loves Transformers so we loved that we found this one.

Ordered the talking hamster for our grand-daughter. Still isn't here sent them an email they said it was already delivered to check with my post office. Which we did with the tracking number they had given me before hand according to our post office it has never left China! I want to contact the BBB since from what the site says have a address out of California & the *******522 for the United States not China

Only half of my order arrived, the talking hamsters were horrible quality and they x came wrapped in cellophane and stuffed in a cardboard box- No gift box. Very unhappy. Is this really a company or a scam?

Probably the worst site I've ever come across I paid full price for a peek a boo Teddy for my new born in August it's now December! My tracking number Sat's arriving/departing China it never seems to leave China. The auto response to your email is computer generated an it's always same reply! Please people take notice of all the negative reviews as we are been 100%been ripped off by this deplorable company. I would love to seem them shut as its the worst of the worst.

On 11/28/19 I ordered an item intended as a Christmas gift. As of 12/26/19 it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge and have reported this company as fraudulent to them and to the U.S. postal service, for which I was provided a tracking number. The only way to communicate with BabyTimesOriginals is via email but their responses to my emails don't make any sense; it's as if they haven't even read my inquiries. Scammers!

Do not order from these people. Based out of China. Your stuff will never show up and they will continually give some run around when you email them.

This is totally fake I ordered from this site and never received any type of feedback. It's been over 3 weeks and still nothing. So Beware! Don't give out your card info to these} people!

Never order from this site! I ordered the repeating hamster in OCTOBER, 2019... It is now FEBRUARY, 2020... Still no refund or product!

Likely a scam. If you order you will most likely not receive and will just lose your money. I ordered the hamster. Three weeks have gone by and still no hamster and it is a gift

The 1st of November I ordered the talking hamsters but till today no tracking number, no toys, only some robot or what is writing more or less the same letter. I am so upset because it was toys for kids and there is somebody making money from people who would like to make happy somebody else. Not nice. I was stupid enough not to look on reviews first else I would not order anything at all! So do not order anything!

I ordered my talking hampster Nov 28 and it's now days before xmas and it's still not here! They have no customer service lines! Horrible company!

I ordered three items from this company and received one. The company is saying that I received my order and is not giving me my other two items or a refund

Don't buy from #BabyTimesOriginals! They are scammers! If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered the talking hamster on 31th October and still have not received my order! They don't answer emails and messages.

When I would go out to tracking it suddenly stops in China 14. November, and there it has been since.

Dont buy it. Mine came damaged and is basically cheap cardboard with no markers. Big RIP off. Hamster was ok.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered the talking hamster on November 9th and still have not received my order although original timeframe was 15 business days max. The responses you receive from customer service are canned impersonal responses.

When I would go out to tracking, the date keeps changing. It looked as though it was in a fairly local postal facility, but then my date jumped out another week to 10 days. If they cannot fulfill orders as promised, they should email customers so they have the option to cancel. This was for Christmas and looks as though it won't make it

Ordered the iHealth Thermometer which came with foreign directions, nothing in English. Mind you this was sent from Kentucky to Ohio, did not come from overseas,
When I emailed concerning return and refund, I was asked if it works. How would I know if I can't figure out how to use it. I stated this fact and told them it is of no use to me if I can't read the instructions, Again, asked for a refund.
My next response from them was to use a google translator! Are you freaking kidding me?
No response back when I pretty much laughed at them. Emailed them again yesterday and they still are not responding.
BEWARE... this is not a reputable company!

Very disappointed with this. Used new batteries, also tried to charge with the lead provided, and it just flashed really slowly, and did not project onto the ceiling as advertised. Very cheap shabby packaging. A total waste of my money

I ordered the pregnancy pillow in May 2018, it is now July 30th, and I still havent received it. I never got an email with a confirmation, or a tracking number. I have emailed them, Facebook messaged them, called... I have received no response except for automated ones on Facebook. Its not an American company. They just have a US address and phone number. Im assuming theyre in China.
Never order from this site, its clearly disorganized and they take peoples money. Disappointed to be ripped off like that and wish I read the reviews first!

The pregnancy pillow is terrible... covers looks like a bad pair of pants. The actual pillow is not straight or full. It also looked used and from something that is new, I would expect the zipper of the cover to work! Terrible quality! Its not going to worth the effort to contact them and that is if you can find a way to!
